Cookware is oven and broiler safe up to 500° F and features a thick aluminum core to conduct heat quickly and evenly. Pans come with a flared rim for convenient non-drip pouring and large, riveted stay-cool loop handles for easy maneuvering and control even when wearing oven mitts.
