These pans ROCK! First off, TWO all-clad pans for $60? Come on, that's an amazing deal. Both pans are so much more efficient than my old calphalon pans. They both heat much more evenly. I made an omelette this morning, and tonight i cooked several pieces of chicken and not only was the meat cooked evenly, but each piece cooked at the same rate. PLUS, when i was done it was SOOOOO easy to clean. I cooked a stir fry in it after the chicken and it all cleaned in less than a minute. Talk about getting a bang for your buck!

Just purchased 8 and 10" 2 pk... and it is great!!
Has very even heat, I cooked a great omelette, and the clean up was fast. Husband loves it too. Wonderful

Didn't even know AllClad made hard anodized nonstick cookware. I made eggs today in the 10" pan and have never had a pan heat so quick. The nonstick releases very nicely too! Definitely a great value.

B3 All-Clad cheaply made

I just purchased the 8+10-inch B3 All-Clad hard anodized ($59.99) -- To my disappointment, I tested against my stainless 18/10 pan on my induction range: take 1:30min to boil 1-cup of water while B3 take 2:30min. While it boil, the heat only concentrated at center of the pan, about 6-in diameter from a 10-in pan. It's quite visible when I compare to the stainless pan. BTW: they are made from "heavy aluminum gauge rather than bonded construction". Not sure this affect the heat distribution or not, but I am returning it.
