Finally found a roasting pa n that held a 25 pound turkey with room to spare. The covering on the rack melted off. The pan cleaned easily. Return to Bed Bath And Beyond was easy. I am now looking for a pan for Christmas no luck yet.

Great roaster; horrible rack

The roaster is great. I purchased it for its eco-friendly and non-toxic non stick properties. I don't generally buy non stick cookware because of the toxins. After roasting our thanksgiving turkey in this pan and burning the drippings a bit, I can say that it cleaned up so easily! However, the coating on the rack is HORRIBLE. It melted off. I have no idea what it's made of, as the only description of coating for this item is about the roaster itself (ceramic). The coating on the rack looks like plastic, actually. I can't help but wonder what chemicals we ingested in our turkey! A+ for roaster. F- for the rack.

excellant roasting pan

tried the first time this thanksgiving with a 23 lb turkey and roasted for 5 hours, using teflon roasting rack that came with pan and was able to use on gas stove top for gravey. cleanup was easy with hot water and dawn dish liquid and sponge. no extra effort was used to clean my pan. believe me when I say that it cleaned up perfefectly and easily
