I cannot believe how great the Orgreenic pan is.It is great for frying eggs, pancakes and fish. We are going to get a 12 inch pan when our store gets one in. We spray a little olive oil in the bottom and it works great. I seasoned the pan exactly like it said and it would be okay without any oil but I like to use just a little olive oil. It works great for me because I have a heart problem and I don't have to use oil like I used to when I cook some of my favorite foods.

We love the green skillets. We purchased a smaller one for our use, one for my Mom for Christmas and one for my daughter for a wedding gift.

I seasoned the pan as instructed. Use it for eggs, and sometimes I do not even wash it, just wipe with damp towel. My biggest complaint is it does not come in a larger size than the 12". I am getting ready to buy the 10" Fry Pan to go with this one. Absolutely love it!

I purchased the 10 inch fry pan after seeing it advertised on TV and in other forms of media advertizing. I didn't know if it would live up to all the hype. Much to my delight, it has delivered on all it promises. Even heat distribution for cooking, best nonstick surface ever, and easiest clean-up of cookware I have ever experienced. I hope to eventually purchase the entire set. I could not be more satisfied with my purchase.
