Best Scale I've Owned

The scale works great. It's accurate. My husband and I use it together. It recognizes us automatically (by weight I think). I'm trying to loose weight so I love keeping my progress on the phone (iPhone). Syncing is easy. I weigh every day and the whole process takes less than 30 seconds - weigh + sync with the App.

Does not perform its basic function

This scale does not measure weight accurately. I have been amazed to see my weight go up or down by 5lbs overnight. Like the other reviewers have mentioned, I have found that stepping on the scale for a second or third time, just minutes apart (for example to fetch my phone to sync the data) gives a wildly different measurement. I contacted the company and the representative thought that our scale might have had a problem with the sensors, so they shipped out another free of charge. Great! Tried the new one for the first time this morning, weighed myself a couple of times just minutes apart, and I had two measurements 4.2lbs apart. Ridiculous piece of rubbish. I'm bringing both scales back to BBBtomorrow.

Wildly Inaccurate

If you can believe your bone mass (as well as other measurements) can fluctuate by 50% overnight, then this is the scale for you. Bizarrely inconsistent, and the Android app wouldn't even run. BB&B, as always, accepted the return cheerfully.

I really wanted to like this scale. We were due for a new one as our previous one was pretty old. Loving gadgets, I liked the idea of the phone sync and tracking all those numbers.
However, I am very disappointed! First of all, my weight went up 4 lbs between this and my old scale but, okay, scales vary from each other, the key is that they are consistent from day to day. Here is where it really fails. Stepping on the scale 3 or 4 times in sequence, has given weights that vary by 2-3 lbs. From day 1 to day 3, I supposedly gained 3 lbs, until the 4th and 5th times I stepped on it and got a 0.5 gain. If it is not consistent, what use is it?
Also, the syncing feature is very difficult to use.
I am taking it back.

I like the scale and will like the app more as they continue updating it. I think the weight is accurate on the scale though I'm not so sure about the other numbers. I also wonder about the significance of remembering different people on the scale ... I don't see any way to access the histories of each individual and even the phone app doesn't record all of the numbers.
I do like the scale. My reason for getting it was mostly the weighing to the tenth of a pound instead of my current half pound scale. The phone app was intriguing and hopefully will get better.

This scale combines the essentials for weight loss success. I threw my "regular" scale away years ago and hadn't even considered owning another one until I heard about this scale. Great purchase!

Stay away from this piece of junk

1. "Sync" isn't really a sync. You take a picture of the digital information displayed on the scale, which leads me to ...
2. Can't get the digital image to show up on the scale. Instructions say to weigh yourself, then press "sync.'
However, nothing happens. tried the "alternate" method of doing it by the "user ID" (since it's only me, should be easy, right?) Nothing but "err." This piece of junk is going back to BBB tomorrow!
I'd give it zero stars if I could.

Don't BuyThis Scale Because Of The Cool App

I have owned this scale for two weeks now. The scale works fine; it performs as introduced. The app that was developed to work with the scale was launched very, very prematurely.
The app will download, but that's about the extent of how successsful the app works. The first thing after the download, it asks you to register. It wouldn't allow me to enter any data. Rather than get into much detail about how bad the app is, I'll just say that it does not work with my android phone (Motorola Droid Bionic).
I contacted the developer. With much apologies, he said they are all working very hard to get the bugs out of the program. I can understand that, but until the app works with my phone, it is one big pain in the butt to keep track of my weigh-ins manually. I bought this scale because of the convenience of tracking on my phone.
