Gets the job done

I have owned this vacuum for two months. It has maintained sucking power. It cleans very well and was super easy to assemble. I use the hose to clean all of my steps and the brush attachment is one of the best I have used. The only thing I don't like is that the hose is stationary. I would prefer for it to move as I turn the brush right and left.

Wish the Fabreze Smell Lasted Longer

The vacuum picks up pretty well, though I don't think it's any better at picking up pet hair than other vacs. I love the soft Fabreze smell, though I wish it lasted longer ~ after a week the nice smell was gone.

My only real complaint about the vac, other than it's a little loud, is that I spend more time emptying the canister than I do vacuuming. And when you empty it, dust goes flying right back into the room. After just one room, the canister was nasty with dust and dirt stuck to the inside walls so it no longer looked new. Unless I want to wash it after every room, which would involve an incredible amount of extra work, the vac will always look bad. This definitely is my first and last bagless.

Great Vacuum Cleaner

I received this off my registry and absolutely love it. We have two shedding dogs and this works great. It is a little heavy but nothing unbearable. And for the febreeze filter, it is not overwhelming at all. For those saying they had to go outside, thats dramatic. It clearly fragrances the room but nothing to the extent that its a suffocating strong odor.

The Vac. works good , the Febreze filter is nice ( after assembly I let mine set in the closet for 24 hrs. ) the aroma was not too strong ( as some wrote ) . The Vac. is easy to clean ( I clean mine after each use ; should last longer ) .

Great Vacuum For The Price

I replaced my old vacuum, the Bissell Pet Hair Eliminator with this Bissell PowerGlide Pet. The Febreze filter is extremely overpowering but I love the vacuum. I easily removed the black Febreze cartridge from the filter to solve the smell problem. The vacuum works FINE without the cartridge. Problem solved. Go for the vacuum but definitely remove the Febreze cartridge before you use it for the first time. I can't believe what this vacuum gets out of my rugs!

Love this vacuum

This is a wonderful vacuum for the price I paid. The power is great and I was amazed at how much dirt I picked up as well as pet hair ( 3 cats and a fuzzy dog). You wouldn't know that with my old vacuum I used almost twice a week that I ever vacuumed at all after seeing how much was being picked up. It left a great smell behind as well. And so easy to push around. I wasn't worn out like my old vacuum made me. Very glad I got this :)

Terrible Fabreze filter

The Fabreze filter is terrible, it forced both me and my wife out of the house with a headache after vacuuming just the living room. Why doesn't this product have a non-scented filter. No Kidding, the Fabreze scent will knock you down and lingers forever, we have had our windows open for an hour and just now stand to go back in the room.

Febreeze post motor filter destroys this vacuum

The suction on this medium heavy vacuum is good, but the odor that the Febreeze post motor filter gives off is deadly. I have asthma and it triggered a severe attack. Not the least , the odor is gross. It may mask the motor smell...but it is horrible. The vacuum cannot run without this Febreeze filter...which makes it a deal breaker.
It is going back to the store for return.
