Had my husband pick this up while he was in town today and this is my first time taking the time to write a review. I struggled with the decision to buy this vanity due to the number of bad reviews online. I am very glad that I went with my instinct with this purchase. It took me 2 hours to put all pieces together by myself and had no problem at all with it. All the components and hardware were included in the box and there was no damage anywhere. The instructions were easy to follow, just make sure you group all the hardware by type and order so you can easily grab the exact screw size you are in need of. Only needed 3 tools, the allen wrench supplied, a phillips head and screwdriver. I even created a hole in the back of the cabinet and mounted a power strip so the girls can keep their hairdryer, straightener and curling wands inside to keep the clutter down. The drawer is deep enough for organizing bins to sort their makeup as well. My twin daughters love it...now they want a second one so they don't have to share :-)

It took me 2 hours to assemble because there were holes that weren't drilled. I had to repair the frame before assembly because it was already falling apart. For the price I would expect a better product. It looks nice once it together, but for the money I wouldn't recommend it.

I'm one of those people that does a lot of shopping online and I always check out the reviews on multiple sites. Well this time I didn't and I'm regretting it. As other reviewers have indicated the quality of this thing is poor. Three of the boards had the holes either in the wrong place or they were missing completely. If it was just missing holes I would have drilled some new ones, but the ones in the wrong place prevented me from putting it together at all. I definitely learned my lesson and will be taking this thing back tomorrow. *sigh*

I purchased this vanity for my 80 year old Mother. My husband had a lot of problems putting this together, poor instructions, holes not lined up and missing parts (both hinges for the door and a camlock). I tried calling the company but could not speak to a human being and was directed to submit a claim via their website. I did so 3 times with the only response being an automated one. I sent additional emails and was then told that my claim was not received so I submitted it again and again. Two weeks later still no parts. I will never purchase anything from LINON HOME DECOR PRODUCTS and advise anyone else looking to purchase this item to not do so. I also highly recommend that BED BATH & BEYOND discontinue this product in their merchandise line.

Poor Directions, Had to return, because item was damaged where staff at store was to ruff on handling the item and broke some of it. Very hard to follow the directions on the way they were wrote. Over all the item looked nice after 4 hours of putting it together, but I would not suggest getting this item. It would be my advise in paying more money for a dressing table that is already put together.

OMG Why didn't see this before buying it. What a frickin nightmare. Boughy yhis for my daughter and actually looked forward to putting it together for her Christmas Day. What a joke and should have known another American company selling vietnamese %@% in our country. Just going through step one to step two and turning the page. LOL it went from having 6 holes on one paqge to having and needing 12 holes to attach something... WTF if i needed to drill and add holes I would have built it myself. What ahame and a scam not to mention SAFETY people do not buy this product screws do not attach firmly at all wit the chance of having heavy objects possibly falling and hurting someone. Please people dont but this product very UNSAFE!

I received this table for Christmas and I must say, I still can't wait to get it put together, it's been all day! I want to know who made this table cause everything is backwards. Where the door hinges should be on the front side they are on the back. The directions have pictures that don't match the pieces and the numbers on one of the pieces to identify them have two different numbers! I'm sure I will love it when it gets put together but so far it is way to confusing! Personally a bit pricey for not being able to put it together!

I was so excited when my husband purchased this vanity set for me. It was exactly what I wanted...beautiful and practical. I loved how it had extra storage space and the big mirror. However, when we opened the box, the drawer was broken. So he exchanged it. When we went to put it together, the same thing was wrong except this time it was broken even worse. There is no way we could make it work. The wood is completely split. We will be returning for a refund and I will search for a product that will hopefully deliver on its claims.

I'd like to say that if you DONT have a boyfriend to help you assemble it and are doing it on your own WITHOUT power tools.. it will take about 4 hours. I've assembled lots of furniture and am quite proficient at it. Needless to say this one WAS tedious compared to the many other items I've assembled and the instructions manual was confusing again compared to many other items. Obviously no furniture assembly would take 5 minutes, unless it came pretty much assembled already. If you don't have a drill... it will be tedious. If you are not used to one I DO NOT recommend using it for this as you could go overboard (which happens VERY easily) and screw it in too hard to the point you warp the piece or go through it.

Now that I've had it for a bit, I'll say the chair is not that comfy but will do, it can also be easily fixed/swapped out. The vynil, mirrors and drawers are easy to clean. One thing I don't like is that the drawer is just wood rubbing on wood which will chip the paint in a short amount of time. I plan on getting some felt type material to put in between so it lasts longer. Other than that its great!

First of all I would like to point out that even though Bed, Bath, And Beyond has GREAT quality products, they do have ones just like every other store that isn't so "great." This was a $200 table & if you had used a 20% off coupon it would have been cheaper! For the price you shouldn't expect too much considering at other stores they have tables that are far more expensive for way better quality(not saying this isn't good quality, it just isn't superb). You get what you pay for!! 2ndly, someone said it took 4 hours to assemble? Obviously the directions were to upscale & hardcore because my boyfriend & I put it together within an hour even though there were times we stumbled upon a few confusing spots. I don't want something to take 5 minutes & it be cheap made, but something like this shouldn't have taken that long. My table came out looking better than expected, & yes I was kind of worried about paying the full price(before I received my coupon) because I had purchased a previous table from here that was black, & that came with a zebra print chair. That Vanity was $150 & was somewhat junk(or cheapish shall I say), but like I said before, you get what you pay for!! This is so much better than the black one, more room, more sturdy, has 3 mirrors instead of 1 & they can actually be adjusted, bigger in size, really pretty, a little harder to put together, but overall it's a nice Vanity with enough room to get ready at. Nothing fancy, but nothing junky in the least bit. Also, I wanted to point out that whenever I took out the pieces from the box, my table came out perfect with no scratches on the outer area(the places you would be seeing all the time). It did however have little manufacturer glitches(paint spots, glue spots, etc..nothing major though) on the parts you couldn't see which didn't bother me considering what person in their right mind is going to look underneath or around the table to see stuff like that? I did have to use my own parts, but only a screw driver and a drill. Everything else I needed & wanted was placed nicely in the box! I couldn't be happier(:

I've been searching for a vanity for a looong time and was even thinking of building my own. The quality for the price range of 100-200 is horrible! This however is a great buy. It is NOT particle board so it will definitely last, the faux marble is plastic/vynil over wood which is not the best but it looks pretty. With the use of a coupon you can get this for a good price! The reason I took off a star is because the assembly was tedious and confusing. The instructions pictures had holes then didn't and also some of the pieces had no holes and I had to manually screw it which took quite a long time (total time 4 hrs). The instructions also didn't mention in the beginning that I would need a screwdriver, which most manuals for furniture like this do. In short if your looking to buy in this price range definitely get it. There is no comparison to similar priced ones at target, walmart, or ikea!

We bought this vanity set for a pretty decent deal. However when we got it home and began assembling it we had problems starting on step one. Right away most of the parts have been deffective. Screws strip easily and wrong length, dowls are the wrong size and fit loosely. So far we will have to go to a home improvement store tomorrow and hopefully find the parts we need to make this work. Overall disappointing, especially since this was a Christmas present for my wife. Quality of this product is far worse than IKEA!

My 13 year old daughter had picked this out while browsing the web and I bought it as a surprise. I had to buy it over the web since our nearest Bed Bath and Beyond store does not have it on display or in stock. I had my reservations about the product from the picture of the table on the web site, but I put my trust in Bed Bath and Beyond from my past experience with the store chain.

This set was imported from Vietnam. The makers or importer of this item, Linon Home Decor Products,Inc., obviously have very poor quality control standards in place. This set is not worth the price Bed Bath and Beyond is asking for it and I plan to send it back.
The store advertises the finish for the table as a faux marble, but be warned it is a sheet of vinyl glued onto a half inch of particle board. I found that other pieces of the table, drawer, and bench were also painted particle board.

I found several problems of workmanship when I assembled the table. The white paint was thin in some places and I found spots of glue on the cabinet door. One of the legs for the table was slightly bowed. The guide for the drawer was misshapen and cut to thin. The pilot holes for attaching the drawer guide to the bottom of the table were a half inch off from where they needed to be. The plastic drawer stop provided broke within two uses. I found that the screws provided to attach the drawer guide and the table frame to the table top were too long or the recessed holes were too deep. The screws would of went through the table top. I found that none of the screws provided could be used for this purpose and I had to provide my own. I also found that some of the holes drilled into the frame and top were to wide and deep for the wooden pegs used in its assembly. The cabinet door would not shut completely until I deepened the notches in the wood for the hinges. I also had to fix the small magnetic closer for the cabinet door, because it came out.

Do not buy this set unless you like fixing furniture. I was not very happy with the workmanship and qaulity of wood used in the manufacture of this item.
