i bought this to take on a trip so I could weigh food and try to stick to my diet. It malfunctioned about 3 days after I started using it and hasn't worked correctly or hasn't worked at all since. Very irritating. I will return it when I get back to the States, which is also a pain.

Great Pocket Scale

I was looking for a scale that went down to tenths of a gram and found this one online at BBB. It's a terrific little scale (about the size of an index card)- I use it for precise control of the amount of coffee I use in brewing with my own K-cup filter. Technically, the scale is accurate to 0.15 grams, but that's great for me. Easy to tare out the weighing container - very easy to use - would definitely recommend.

It is exactly what I was looking, a scale to carry with me, that is durable and has a cover...a regular scale meant for the kitchen broke, since I took it with me for my lunch everyday...this scale is made for traveling....
