great little alarm clock for ANY USB smart phone

Would you recommend?Yes

-doesn't take up much room on the night stand.
-can use ANY smart phone, we use our iPhone and it works great!
-charges the iPhone with its own USB charger, no more connecting it into the wall socket, which barely reaches to the bed, now it has extra length.
-great sound for a little unit
-cost was good. $49 and you can use a 20% off with it.
-can download the app right to the iPhone for free.
-can use this charger WITH the iPhone case! this is RARE for iPhone chargers. all the others the phone sits on the base and has to be 'docked' if you use an otter box - this wont work for you, however using a USB plug allows us to charge and listen to music!
downside is the phone doesnt sit properly in the holder, which is a flimsy piece that pops out so you can get to the charger.

overall, we love it. just the fact i can charge the phone and use it with the alarm without having to remove the case (cuz lets be honest NO ONE is going to remove their case every night to dock their phone).

Not Worth the Money

I-Home does make some really neat products but this is NOT one of them. I purchased this item after seeing and hearing the I-Home for Iphones in a hotel room. It worked great with my friends IPhone and so decided to try their android unit. There is no comparison. The Android unit has very poor sound quality, no remote control and worst of all, the phone socket is a joke. Shame on I-Home for even putting their label on this piece of junk. thank goodness for the Bed Bath and Beyond warrantee this is going back.

Phone wobbles because of the placement of the USB connector. The unit looks cheap and bulky. Only good thing to say is that the speakers are decent. Don't waste your money.
