LOVE THIS COOKWARE!

I saw previous reviewers remarks about chipping. Maybe it's a manufacturer defect. I have these pans, and they are as beautiful today as they were when I bought them - and believe me, they get tons of use. Having 3 boys + their friends, I am in the kitchen alot. I do make sure to handwash my pans, but I do the same for my knives. Anyway, I really enjoy them. They are the best non-stick, healthy pans that I have used. Before that, I used Todd English's GreenPan Collection; OrGreenic Kitchenware; and DannySeo Fry Pans. All of these were wonderful when I first purchased them, but after awhile (I told you I do ALOT of cooking) the non-stick surface didn't work anymore and I found that I had to add more and more butter and or oil, which defeats the purpose of having it!! Anyway, maybe this will eventually happen to this cookware, but I've had it a very long time and so far there has been no change in it's quality.. I highly recommend it, and the only thing I can say about the poor reviews is that maybe it's a manufacturer's defect; make sure to HAND WASH them, make sure to use the appropriate spoons/spatula's etc.. so they don't get scratched. Hope this helps.

Don't people read directions? These rock!

First, ignore the knuckleheads who say they chip, they MUST be using metal kitchen tools rather than plastic (ignoring the directions for use) so use plastic and clean them with a moist towel and these beauties will last a long time, had mine for over a year and they are incredible!

I Want To Love This Cookware But I Can't

I have to agree with other reviewers who say these pots and pans are wonderful to cook with but they chip so easily.
They are enamel coated on the top edges of the frying pans, so when you bang your spoon or spatula on the rim, they easily begin to chip. The saucepans do not have enamel on the edges and I have had no problems with them chipping. (yet)
The handles are comfortable to hold, they cook extremely well, and I like the red color. But I just can't love them with this chipping issue being such a problem. I'm disappointed in the poor quality.

I would not recommend buying this brand as the durability is lacking. We purchased the 10 piece set in November 2012 and already have chips in one of the pots and scrathes and discoloration in a pan. Very disappointed. The interior ceramic does not hold up well.

Cooks Good But Quality Is Poor

These pots cook like a million bucks. Unfortunaley, the enamel/ceramic on the inside has started chipping off on a few pieces and the red coating on the outside is coming off as well. Hate it, but they are going back.....:(

I purchased a single pan in-store for eggs in my primary home and fell in love with it. I ordered this full set for my north vacation home and had it shipped there. It's everything we need and my husband threw out all of our old pans we had taken there after using these! If that isn't a testimonial I don't know what is.

I purchased the entire set because I needed them this past summer. They were great the first 6 weeks until the rim and color started to chip away. They now look like a set my Grandmother had..the wear is terrible.Cooking with them isn't too bad..which is why I purchased this set to begin with.Just wish they had held up betterEven though it's covered by the warrenty,it might be too much trouble, since I can't find my original receipt. Now,don't know what to do with them..So VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I am a red freak so this cookware caught my eye. Bought it and love it. Cooks really well. I don't have a problem handwashing my pans so this was not a minus in my mind. May be for others tho. Recommend it highly.

I do not understand complaints about the enamel chipping. It is, indeed, enamel, not cast iron. Of course it is not as sturdy as cast iron or aluminum. I keep a plastic coffee can lid between all my skillets, not just the enamel-surfaced ones. I put a bit of oil in each pan before using. Hard to clean? I rinse the skillet with plain water, then put in Bon Ami (which I use on all cookware), and clean (total of 60 seconds). Then it is ready to be washed with regular dish soap, but I do not put it in the dishwasher. I like this cookware so well I bought a set for my daughter.

I purchased on 09/15/12 and love how easy it is to use. So far I've made over easy eggs, egg and cheese omelet, and potatoes. The only thing that I don't like is that it didn't come with lids, or are there any available for purchase. I imagine you would have to purchase the 10-piece set to get the lids.

I bought the "try me" fry pan a couple of months ago and it is fantastic! Even water doesn't stick! What I mean by this is that after you wash the pan the water beads up inside and with just a couple of shakes the water literally falls out of the pan and the inside is completely dry! This pan is far easier to clean than any of my silverstone pans.
I have tried other ceramic non-stick pans before that worked great at first but than began to lose their non-stick ability. So far that hasn't happened with this one. My original reason for buying this pan was to avoid the chemicals that leach out of other non-stick coatings when heated. Hopefully there isn't anything leaching out of this coating.
A few of things to remember when using this cookware. Don't cook on high heat. This isn't a problem as this cookware conducts heat very well and I am able to scramble eggs on the medium high setting. Also don't use metal utensils as they will scratch the coating. Also be careful about stacking other cookware inside as the coating chips fairly easily (as I found out the hard way) and is the reason for me giving the cookware 4 stars instead of 5. Putting some kind of liner inside of the pan before setting another inside should be ample protection. All in all, great cookware and I am ready to purchase the whole set!

I just purchased a glass top stove and on directions, Painted pans are not to be used on glass top stoves. Didn't say why. Can anyone tell me fi they use these pans on glass top stoves. I used them on the stove before I read the recommendations. They are very nice and food doesn't stick. Was just wondering if anyone else uses these pans on a glass top.

Nice but NOT the pan for me...

I loved the pans when first purchasing. Nothing sticks, they clean up well. Eggs were fun to cook, even my husband liked them. Now I do not feel they are the pans for me...
The issue came with the handles burning on the stove. I was careful not to make stove blazing hot. I have 3 sizes and all the pans have burned handles. They are too easy to burn. I contacted the company and they told me I used them improperly. Not until I told them I was going to return them to Bed & Bath, did they offer to do a ONE TIME return. I was to pack them up and return for a new set. I have not done that yet. Trying to find time to return to BED & BATH first. If they don't accept them back, then I will go back to the company. I will not purchase these again.
My advise is to be careful with the handles. Not the entire handle, the part close to the pan itself.

My store in Roanoke,Va had the skillets right by the register on my last visit. I bought the 11 inch skillet and will be going back for the others! Nothing sticks and you can use less heat to get the job done! Oh by the way, clean up is a snap! :)
