leaves marks after mopping. dirty lines are left everywhere. all the parts arent as useful n easy to use. its heavy to pick up the water filled part n clean mirrors.

This machine has cleaned my whole house from floors to ceiling fans and blinds, to the toilets, counters, and windows! The price is affordable on any budget, its a product worth saving for! I love the fact that my toddlers can touch stuff with out fear of germs, peace of mind is a sweet thing

Works quite well. Sometimes the water is not hot, and it usually drips hot water so keep a rag with you to mop up excess drips. Many attachments, very versatile.

A Mop But So Much More

Steam comes fast and you can adjust it with the dial. For tile I set it medium so my floor are left dry. Low for my hardwood. In seconds you change this to a hand-held steamer and it works great. High steam is best for hand-held applications like cleaning the shower and sink. The extension hose is long and when they say the window attachment works they are right. It is a bit light and the handle is not as firm as others but I think this is because of how it converts to other uses. Good value for the money.

The steam mop leaves behind a thin coating of dirty steam water. After using the mop I have to go over the floor with a dry rag mop to absorb all the dirty steam water. Walk across the floor when it is wet in white socks and they will be dirty. This will be the case with any steam mop, not just this brand of mop.
