Features include 18/10 stainless steel body construction with stay-cool, black phenolic resin handles, and a patented 6-layer base for fast and even heat distribution. Comes equipped with a series of pressure valves that regulate the pressure inside the pot, and as an added safety measure, cover cannot be opened as long as there is pressure inside pot.
