Cookware is made from spun aluminum which provides for great conductivity and uniform heat distribution. The exterior has a clear non-toxic varnish and anodized by electrolysis for a tougher surface so cookware will look better and last longer. Interior cooking surface features a PFOA- and PTFE-free ceramic nonstick coating called "Rocks" from Thermolon. Cookware comes with a double-riveted stay-cool stainless handle and polished rim.
