Was looking for a coffee maker like this and did the research. Found this and thought this is great! My son gave it to me for Christmas and I loved it. It was all I thought it would be until....this month (June). I filled it to make coffee and turned it on. A big puff of steam came out of the top and it ceased to make coffee. I'm back to using my old coffee maker and am looking for a new one to replace it. So disappointed, it made great tasting coffee and was everything I wanted in a coffee maker until it died.

Not wanting to pay a fortune, we began looking for a single serve coffee maker we could use with our favorite coffee. This is the way to go!! It is easy, clean, and makes great coffee! We are now going to get a coffee grinder so we can do some experimenting on our own. We are VERY happy with our purchase!!

This is my first time writing a review, I had to, this makes the best cup of coffee. The water reservoir is the best for not dripping water like others when filling the machine. Also don't need to worry about a paper filter not working properly. Well worth the money!

Received this item today. Had been looking for a personal 2-cup brewer with thermal carafe (NOT heated from below) for awhile.
Ran it with water only twice, then with French Roast (fine grind) and Miletta #2 paper filter- great coffee!
BTW it actually has 20oz. capacity, is 15 3/4"H, 6 1/4" W (at base) and 9 1/2"D.
Also looks very nice, mine is silver color.
