It was great product for a while. Bought 3 & 2 always had red lights but still worked. After battery replaced at 8 mos. the 2 red light ones were sluggish at best. Now 1 wont work at all. Tried unglogging but no use. Not worth the cost.

I waited a while before writing my review so I could see if I had any problems. I've had it a year now and no problems what so ever! I only use their branded soap so have no clogging issues. I don't ever turn it off, even when we go on vacation. The batteries last a long time- there are only 2 of us, so it may not get as much use as a house full of kids. I have it in my kitchen.

While I do prefer the full size version, this compact version works nice. Just has to be refilled often is all.

Make sure the soap you use doesn't "harden" or "clump" as if it does it will clog the machine and lead to failures. I've had good luck with most hand soaps, but some dish soaps will clog it... Don't use any soaps that have "beads" or other additives that will clog it either.

I purchased two of these. Used them for about 6 months, then one at a time they stopped working. Replaced batteries, did all the right things. Just gave them to Goodwill. Awful product! Does not hold up at all.

After finishing taking a shower, the soap dispenser, (which was on the sink) had emptied half way on its own, so I guess the sensor didn't work properly with the steam of the shower... I'm returning it for sure.

I started with 1 of these units in our guest bathroom and quickly decided I needed another for the master bath. I found that my hubby looked forward to washing his hands and was making up reasons to wash more frequently. He has always been a clean man but I stress that he must wash when returning home from the store as that is a likely place to contact whatever is going around. Thank you for a great product!

My son and his wife have one, I liked it so much that they got one for me for Christmas. I love this soap dispenser. The clear container lets you know when you are low on soap. It adjusts for different amounts of soap dispensed. It is not big and bulky, so it fits well on the kitchen sink next to the dish washing soap. Looking for a second one for the bathroom.

I was on the BB&B website to order one of these for my daughter. I bought one several months ago and mine is great! I saw the bad reviews and decided to put my 2 cents worth in.
I use mine several times a day at my kitchen sink and have never had even the smallest problem with it.
