This Brie Cheese Board Set is the perfect accessory for a small party or get-together. The board is a 7 1/2" swivel-style, split level circular cutting board made of rubberwood. The top swings open to reveal three cheese tools housed inside. Each of these stainless steel cheese tools feature rubberwood handles. Tools include a hard cheese knife, chisel knife (for hard crumbly cheese), and cheese fork. A carved moat surrounds the perimeter of the board to help prevent brine or juice run-off.
