Espresso machine features a dual stainless steel boiler heating system with electronic PID temperature control. The brew boiler extracts to within 1(DEG)F/1(DEG)C, while a separate steam boiler offers instant and powerful steam on demand. Shots are extracted at the right temperature, while milk is simultaneously steamed with the 3-hole tipped, 360 degree swivel steam wand. The Heat Exchanger and additional element in the group head ensure the entire system maintains a consistent temperature. Also features an Over Pressure Valve, which limits the 15 Bar Italian pump throughout the extraction. It also offers a true low pressure pre-infusion for even extraction. Includes adjustable brew temperature, a temperature display in either F or C, a preset/manual-override/programmable shot volume and programmable pre-infusion duration and pre-infusion power. Optional Auto Start setting preheats the machine at a programmed time. Water tank is 84-ounces. One-year warranty.

This my second espresso machine and also my second dual boiler (first was the Gaggia Baby Twin). So far this machine has been great! I love the temperature stability and the pressure stability. The pressure gauge gives me reassurance that the tamp and pressure are correct. The shot timer has also been great in determining if my tamp was off or if I need to grind finer. The almost instance steam is wonderful. I had to prime the Gaggia Baby Twin's steam for about 15-30 seconds before steaming milk. Not with the BDB. The steam is ready to go in about 2 seconds. Overall has been a real pleasure to use.

I love my Breville Dual Boiler. My expresso and cappuccino taste great. I love the design of the machine. It's a very beautiful design. The coffee is hot enough for my taste. The frother works well even though I wasted two gallons of milk learning how to Froth. I froth using only 2% milk. It's almost been a year with no negative complaints about the coffee and it's functions. It is very easy to use and I have saved myself a lot of money by not going to the coffee shop every morning.
