The best

I recently purchased both the 10" and 12" fry pans as I needed to replace my Teflon pans due to scratches. I took them home, washed them and then seasoned in the oven as directed. I absolutely love these pans. Food, even eggs, doesn't stick at all. This is the best purchase I have made in a long time!

Best pan I own! Plan to buy more of them! Needs no cooking spray, no butter.....needs nothing unless you want to use something for flavor. I am not sure why people are "seasoning" these pans?! Absolutely NO NEED to! Scrubbing these pans will damage them. Wet and wipe!

You still need to use cooking spray, no matter what. I 'seasoned' it, twice. Just the same as any frying pan. No big whoop.

Orgreenic should pay for my gas to return it

This pan did not perform at all like the ads portray. I seasoned it as directed. First try cooling eggs and they stuck worse than my oldest teflon pan. Perhaps they meant to say use snake oil to season. Seeing it works for some, I'm suspicious there are manufacturing problems. Even after seasoning I noticed black spots in what appears to be pockets in the coating. Perhaps some are better than others. Instructions should include "save your receipt".

I am a consumer reporter. We tested this As Seen on TV product for a story. At the time, I gave it a "B", but I kept the pan and continued to cook with it and was really impressed. It cooks well, cleans up easily and is a "Green" product that is supposed to be better for your health. I ended up buying the larger size fry pan for myself and a set for my parents.

I don't know if it's how I seasoned it (which it requires you do) or what, but I seasoned once and my eggs stuck to the pan, so I scrubbed and seasoned again with not much better results. Works like any other pan or maybe not as good----things definitely DO NOT slide out of the pan.

I am usually skeptical about products hawked on TV informercials, so I had to wait until I could see one in a store. Heat distribution and no stick features are as promised. After two weeks use I think its a keeper.

I seasoned the pan as instructed. The first egg didn't stick, the next and all following eggs are sticking, breaking, and needing to be scraped off. Sounds like everyone else loves it - what did I do wrong?!

My husband the cook in the family now wanted this pan and with our coupon he got the 12" bought separately. Absolutely love it. Had no problem seasoning the pan and it cooks and cleans like a breeze. Best grilled cheese ever. Now he wants the 10" pan. He just survived 2 heart attacks and with no
butter or oil needed this pan is ideal.

GOOD BUY

Bought pan because it was classified as organic and non toxic, not like the old black pans that chip after a few months. Missed the part about 'conditioning' but it still performs great. I don't use it for high-heat cooking since it is not heavy enough. Use mostly for eggs, and sometimes do not even wash it for next omelet, just wipe with damp towel. Comes out great in dishwasher.

I got the 12" pan, and attempted to 'season' it as the directions said by using oil and heating it on medium but it never smoked. I let it cool and had to actually scrub the oil from the bottom [using a plastic scrubby] as it was brown and stuck. I noticed then it had a nick in the rim [which wasn't there when I purchased it] and I hadn't even used it yet! I cooked one egg and it stuck, so I added oil and a second egg. They cooked nicely and it cleaned up quickly. However, I was trying to cook them over easy and the yokes broke because I had to scrape them off the pan. The jury is still out if I am going to keep it or not.

I purchased the OrGreenic 10 " Ceramic fry pan and have used it every day for the past month. It did not smoke when I cured it but makes wonderful scrambled eggs over a low heat and comes clean with just a rubber spatula to serve the eggs. I also baked pork chops in the oven in it and not a bit stuck to the pan. Washed up like a breeze. My biggest regret is that you won't sell the 12" pan seperate from the rest of the pans. I want one but do not need the pots etc.

I was excited to try this pan out. I followed the directions to season the pan. It never smoked as the directions said it would (even after trying for 45 minutes). I let the pan cool, washed it, and tried to cook an egg. It was awful. The egg stuck to the pan. The non stick coating chipped off (I used a plastic pancake turner not metal). The bottom of the pan look liked I had used it for years. Needless to say I took it back.

I bought the Orgreenic with a little trepidation after reading some of the remarks about it! Never FEAR, it is the best pan I have ever used. I prepped the pan as directed and it cooks like a dream.

Worst Purchase Ever

Bought this pan today, returning it tomorrow...
As per the instructions, lighty greased with veg oil. Put on burner (med heat) until pan starts to smoke. It never did. Let it cool, tried with a little more veg oil, again never smoked. Decided to cook an egg. Could not get it out of the pan much less could not flip even with a utensil. Tried the instructions again, no smoke. Tried frying another egg with oil this time, not only did it stick again, the bottom of the pan looks like we baked oil onto it. Thought I would clean it for the return to the store, and the surface scratched off in spots. We could have lived with the color, had the pan performed as described, my husband stated " Worst pan ever, much worse then our teflon pans".

I Love my pan and recommend it

I having been using my pan for over a year and no problems at all. I always clean it with a soft cloth and dish soap right after I cook anything. Never put it in the dishwasher. I use soft utensils and very little oil or butter. I have informed (threatened) my husband to do the same thing. Sometimes you have to baby something to keep it in good shape. So I am very happy with my purchase and have given it as a gift to my son and he is happy also.
