Cellar leaked like a seive. Used flex-seal (24) cans. Worked like a charm. House built in 1869 with brick and stone and sealed everything Wish it was cheaper, but saved me lots of money

Use this to fix a leak on my back porch. Used this liquid to seal an area where it was leaking & it no longer leaks. Also used it on a couple of other areas that needed to be sealed. Good product, highly recommend.

Works as advertised. Good price at BB&B. Used it on a plastic rain barrel that had a hole knocked in it when it was empty and rain was on the way. It worked.
Don't wear good clothes when applying as it tends to squirt spray.

I can't get enough of this stuff. It stopped all the water that was leaking in around the roof in my sunroom and it sealed my leaky skylights like magic. I keep several cans in the house just incase. It has saved me hundreds of dollars and continues to stop all the water from leaking into my house. I love it!!!!

This produt does not work on pressurized pipes (water pipes) per my plumber or 6 years. Read the label.

Flex Seal is an excellent product! I had a leak around my
fireplace that began at the roof, with a spray of Flex Seal it was fixed. It also worked wonderfully to stop the leak around the skylight in my sunroom. I keep an extra can in the house just in case. I was very impressed with how well it worked and the savings in what I would have paid to have a professional come and fix the problem. This is a very good buy!
