Doesn't heat water hot enough to make decent coffee. I was so disappointed I just returned this maker today. For almost $200 it should make the best coffee ever. Krups dropped the ball big time with this maker. Better to stick with my Cuisinart Cup on Demand, which heats water 70 - 75 degrees HOTTER than this one, the water didn't even reach 150.. and good coffee takes 200 degrees. Don't waste your time or money. Krups needs to fix this problem because other than this, it looks wonderful, cleans great, just doesn't make coffee fit to drink. BTW I drink only Jamaica Blue Mountain, which is expensive, and wouldn't waste another pot on this maker, so I knew it wasn't my coffee.

Coffee is weak and too expensive

You know, I have found all the Green Mountain coffee to be too watery. The only decent coffee for this thing is Folgers. Then there is the cost. It costs the same to make a cup of coffee in this as a tall cup of coffee at Starbucks.
We found this to be a novelty, the coffee is too expense, too weak. Our is in cabinet, we went back to our cheap Mr. Coffee, at least it tastes like coffee.
They need to get it together and get the price down on the coffee. I would not buy this item again.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He has had a Krups maker for years and it was time to upgrade. The adjustable cup holder is great and he's having fun experimenting with the different strengths of coffee. Shipping was fast and had a great buying experience.
