This 2-slice toaster features an LCD display that remembers the last shading and function set so everything toasts the same way every time, and the sleek, digital process bar shows when the toast will be ready. Its extra wide 1 1/2" slots will accept the thickest bagels, breads or pastries. The extra deep, steel toasting cavity ensures even browning, and the racks automatically adjust the slot width for thick or thin slices which keeps food upright while toasting. You can select the bagel function to reduce the power on one side of the heating elements by up to 50% so it will gently brown the bottom of the bagel while toasting the side that's sliced. There's even a defrost button so frozen pastries can be toasted to perfection in just minutes, and the reheat button quickly reheats toasted food in under a minute. Very happy with this purchase, its very stylish and looks great in my kitchen and yes it works great. I freeze my bread, cause I cant get through the whole thing fast enough and it has defrost function, works great. Pretty strong though, I like my toast crispy and setting 4 gets it there.

I would like to give this 4.5 stars. Half star for the delightfully surprised feeling it brought me when it worked so well and the bonus of the cool color my family likes so much.

Picked up this toaster as a second choice. BBB was out of the model I really wanted but this was reasonably priced so I gave it a shot. Turned out to be a good choice. We've had it for almost 3 months, use it nearly every day and it serves up uniformly crisp toast every time. Adjustable settings allow for any shade / crispness you like. I find that it makes the bread crisp even on the lighter shades. The defrost and reheat settings work well warming the bread without toasting. Easy to clean, easy to adjust settings, good, crisp, uniformly colored toast.

I haven't tried it on the extremely soft squishy, Wonder Bread types so I don't know how crisp those breads with lots of softeners and additives will be. We have used some locally made white bread which have toasted up exceptionally well.

I tried others. This toaster looks great. It toast uniformly every time. I start out using the # 3 setting and if I need more I will set it at 4. That is it. Perfect toast every time/

Love this toaster, love the color! Once you can figure out the number setting you like it toasts perfectly even. I also like that it beeps right before it pops up so if you are cooking breakfast you know your toast is ready and can butter it up while it's still hot! Most toasters you don't know it's ready and end up with cold toast. this is a great product and I would recommend it - it's worth the price.

I love my toaster. Besides the fact that the red color looks beautiful on my countertop this toaster is great. The toast comes out just as you want each time. I love the defrost feature since I freeze bread a lot. I don't have to let it sit a minute before I toast. And did I mention that snazzy red color! I am very happy with this purchase.
