BergHOFF BergHOFF® Earthchef Try Me 7" Non-Stick Skillet

For any serious home cook, or anyone who wants to get more serious, this is the perfect one egg pan. The strong professional riveted handles are made of solid cast stainless steel for durability and ease of use. The practical pouring rim allows you to transfer food quickly and easily while the 3-layer ferno ceramic non-stick coating means your food won't stick. The non-stick coating is PFOA- and PTFE-free and naturally 6 times stronger than traditional non-stick coating. The cast aluminum body allows for even heat distribution for better cooking results. Hand wash. Limited lifetime warranty.

Love, love, love BergHOFF non-stick skillet

This little fry pan is an absolute gem! I've had pans before that claimed non-stick but this little pan comes out so clean after the food has been plated that you will think it has just been washed. A quick swipe with a paper towel and it's ready for reuse or storage. I love it and will be purchasing the larger sizes shortly.

Great non stick surface, but...

This is probably the best non stick surface I've ever owned. The problem comes in with the "stay cool" handle which really doesn't. They gave this small fry pan a metal handle (what were they thinking??) which heats up sometimes to the point you really need to use a potholder to touch it.
