Should Have Heeded Other Reviews

I'm just 10 minutes into my first foot bath with this product and already know it will be going back.
It claims it heats but it does not. I followed the directions of starting with warm/ hot water as it is very clear that it doesn't heat cold water. Ten minutes into it and the water is already cooling off.
Also, even though it's filled to the maximum fill line, the water does not completely cover my feet.
SO disappointed.

I was so excited to replace my old 90's style foot bath! Filled it with hot water that turned cold in 5 minutes :( The "jets" didn't provide any relaxation, they rather tickled the tops of my feet. Also, the "massage" feature was just loud buzzing. I turned it off, because it was driving everyone crazy!!! Gorgeous and luxurious looking, but it is going back! They had it right in the 90's!

My mother and I purchased this to try and replace an old Avon foot massager that no longer bubbles. Ironically, that's the only thing that works on this. It doesn't keep the water very warm (I used it for only 8 minutes or so and it already had started cooling), and there was less "massaging action" than my cats could have produced if they had just frolicked in a bath of water for a few minutes. Returning it today.

Poor Choice

My husband bought this for me based on the description on the box. We were VERY disappointed after the first use and wish we would have returned it. I do not believe it maintains the heat at all, other than whatever amount of heat energy is produced by the LED lights. So, although LED lights are extremely efficient and produce virtually no heat to maintain heat in that volume of water, technically it could claim it "maintains" heat. I don't believe the temperature is maintained any better than the bucket I used before. Also the jets are a trickle and the vibration is more annoying than massaging, but the lights sure are pretty!?

Aesthetically pleasing and that is about it. Horrible product, was really excited to use this product and it failed horribly. I have used a Dr Scholls prior that lacked heating and all the lights and about 70 percent of the cost and it out performed this unit ten fold even with having to refill it with hot water every 15 minutes it would be worth it if this unit and the Dr Scholls were the only two available on the market. Returning immediately, BB&B needs to pull this from their shelves as it leaves me to reconsider ever returning to them as a customer for anything now. DO NOT BUY!

The discription of this item seems sooooo good, but when you actually use it,you start wondering when the goodness will start. I bought this for my husband for Father's Day as a gift to massage his feet and help him relax when he gets home from work, but it doesn't massage. It vibrates, not your foot but the water in it, and the hydro therapy jets don't do anything, the "jets" are similiar to a water fountain AND if your feet are bigger than a size 9 it's uncomfortable to use because it has a place for you to rest your feet in, but it's to small. Returning it today, I was excited about this one but oh well.

I found this product to be exactly what I was wanting. I had looked at it at BBB, then left and looked at a model that was by Homedics sold at Walmart.. I chose this mode over the cheaper WM one as this one had the vibrating function.
In regards to the other reviews on here, I read the manual (was like four pages), sure it has a heat maintainer but it isn't suppose to be used for prolong periods of time. I put hot water in it and found that it lasted the length of time I needed without going over the length cautioned. As for the other, it clearly says in the caution section of the manual that it is not meant to be circulation therapy in any way, it is meant to give an enjoyable foot soak with LIGHT massage, there is a hard nodule type thing in center in which to rub one's feet on should a harder massage be desired.
I found this product to do exactly what I want it to very well. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

False advertising

Got it as a gift. Water "jets" are like squirt guns, there is nothing remotely hydrotherapeutic about this. Also the massager is super weak and it does not stay warm I'm taking it back. Not worth it.

Product description very misleading. NO HEAT

I bought this for my handicapped daughter to put her feet in to help with circulation, and to help warm and loosen her muscles before we do range of motion exercises. She just had casts on both legs for 8 weeks The four hydro therapy jets are very weak, just a little stream of water comes out. There is no "deep, soothing massage intensity." There is very little massage, just a mild vibration of water. The worst and most deceiving part about this product is that it DOES NOT HAVE HEAT as the description and box indicates. If you pour hot water in, I guess it is supposed to keep it a little warm. The descripion on the side of the box says "heat maintenance" / Helps maintain warm water temperature. That is completely false. Very disappointing. Don't waste your money. I should have purchased a less expensive foot spa. I can't imagine that it would do any less. HoMedics should be ashamed of themselves. They usually put out a much better product.
