I got this at a really good price(199.99) with my 20% off and free shipping, can't beat that. The frame work is very sound the only draw back are the Cushions. But I can remake them when these one give out, which won't be long.

I bought this because it was cheap and we needed patio furniture. It took me 4 hours to put together 1 chair and three screws needed to be replaced. It took my brother in law all day to put together the set. It was Very Difficult to screw it together. My BIN also had to make a trip to the hardwear store to get new screws.

While the set is nice enough for the $199 clearance price I doubt that i would have been thrilled with it if I paid the full $400 price. I took nearly a full day to assemble the pieces only to find that I was short 2 bolts, and 3 washers.

I had thought that BBB would just arrange for me to pickup these parts from the local store less than a mile away..NOT!! They said they would send out a full hardware set which indicates to me that these part shortages are a pretty common problem.

The local store could have opened a set (hardware is right on top) for me, and it could have been replaced by the hardware customer service is sending out, instead of me having to wait another 5-8 business days for the hardware to arrive.

Sorry, BBB as much as I love you, you dropped the ball this time!

Bought this set for $199 what a bargain!!!! SOOOOOO easy to put together. I had the whole set put together (by myself) and on the patio in about 2 hours. It would have been a bargain even at $399. Frames are very sturdy. Cushions are a little thin but what do you expect for this price. Love love love it!

I don't know why this set has 5 star reviews. Maybe its just the one that I received. Its horrible quality. This product is not worth $399.00. Fortunately I bought it with a coupon and gift card. I would send it back if it wasn't so difficult to put together. And it would be a pain to re pack up and ship. My husband put it together and he's very good at that type of thing. One of the smaller chairs we cant even assemble because the welds are so big where the screws are supposed to go you cant fit the screws in. The cushions are flat and not comfortable. It looks and feels like a piece of junk! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I'm so disappointed.

Bought this last year on sale. (SO happy that I didn't spend full price!!!)
Seating is VERY LOW. Since I am just a bit over 5', I don't encounter any issues; however, every guest that has been to my house has had problems with the seat height. Extremely uncomfortable; the seat cushions do NOT hold up at all (And I bring them indoors whenever weather bad!) Cushions deflate(?) to only about an inch or so when someone sits down...I have had to add padding underneath the cushions just to be somewhat comfortable!
SO VERY SORRY I BOUGHT THIS SET!
I still have all receipts and keep contemplating returning set to store. (I was told that BB&B would honor; no matter how long you have item) We'll see?
Remember...YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

I was in Bed Bath & Beyond and saw this set. It was on sale for 199.00 plus 20% off. Got a six piece set for 160.00. You sure can't beat that. I was so excited. I added some bright color outdoor pillows and it looks great. So if someone wants a great set for a great value I recommend you head to BB&B before they are gone. There is no way I would spend a ton of money for an outdoor set. This is the time to look for these items. Stores are trying to sell summer merchandise right now to bring in fall merchandise. Also very comfortable.

This was perfect for our lanai which is/ seen from our great room. It's light weight looking but is quite sturdy. Very neutral which is user friendly. Cushions are reversible and I love this as a temporary set until we can buy something prettier and a bit more upgraded.

Very Nice Set With Excellent Build Quality

I just finished putting it together. Packaging was great. (It is a very big box. Had to fold down both sets of back seats in my wife's Dodge journey to get it in there.) Everything was intact and exemplary when I unpacked it. I am pretty well mechanically inclined so it was no sweat to put together. All bolt holes matched up nicely. Only a couple of holes had any kind of slag and even those were fine after I ran the bolt into the hole and back out. It took me about an hour and fifteen minutes to put together the chairs and loveseat. Thirty minutes for the ottomans and about twenty minutes for the table. FYI on putting the table together: Make sure you do not tighten any of the screws or bolts in the table legs or braces until you get all of them started in their holes! All the nuts, bolts and washers were made well and the kit even came with plastic bolt and nut covers which I haven't seen too often. The cushion quality seems pretty good to me. I'm guessing any outdoor cushions like these are bound to deteriorate over time considering the amount of sun, wind and rain they generally get. I was really impressed that they included velcro straps for all the cushions except the ottoman ones. You don't see this in too many of these sets anymore and it is especially important for me since we get a ton of wind here in West Pasco. WA.

We bought a similar set from Bed Bath and Beyond about 2 years ago and the cushions began to split in the seams. So we called the store and they said "no Problem - keep till end of summer and wait until the following year because they were out of stock on their seasonal furniture. So westored the set and returned it the next year and replaced it with the set above. Now we are having the same problem with this set. The cushions are spiting in the seams and we have no children uses them and stored them for the winter out of the elements. So we did take care of them. Now when my husband called the store he was told - sorry we cannot replace them and fluffed him off like it was just too bad and that's the breaks. The set is inferior and would NOT recommend purchasing any of the items that are cushioned and made in "China" from BB & B.

We bought this set on sale, just got lucky, happened upon it. I looked up the reviews online, other then some saying they struggled to put it together, it seemed a good deal. Took my sig other about 90 mins to put it together, while tossing back a few. We had one piece that was bent, went right back in place with a plier. beyond that, it went together with ease. We find it to be very comfortable, beads water great, and looks great on our deck. I highly reccommend!

Just picked up this set the other day and we love it! Set up was not as hard as the other reviews stated. it took us about and hour to put it together and was not overly complicated. We searched many patio sets and truly feel that we got a great value with this one. We were willing to spend up to $800 on a set but are very happy that we did not have to. It is very comforatable and looks great in our backyard. Oh and it was on sale at our BBB for $299 plus we got an additional 20% with the coupon - this set was a steal!
