Not as Bronze, but fantastic set 18 months out

I wanted to come back and give an honest assessment after owning this set for a little over a year and a half.
Other reviewers are right, they are not as bronze as in the pics, however some of the pieces I have are close while other barely have a hint.
That being said, I love them to cook in. Use them everyday. I never put them above medium or medium-high heat and have had no problems with the interior coating. Using the right utensils, not putting on high, not using cooking sprays, and making sure they are cooled before putting them to soak has kept them in almost brand new condition.
Happily would purchase other Calphalon products in this line.

I received this entire set for my wedding. In the store, they looked great. What I received looked nothing like it. They hardly have any hint of a bronze color. Also, I had to return it 3 times before I finally got a set in which none of the pieces were damaged. I have had them for 4 months and the coating is already coming off! I have treated them very carefully and only use the recommended utensils, but one pan looks like the edges are shredding. The cheap set I had in college lasted longer!

These pots and pans are fantastic! Granted, my fiance does most of the cooking but just being able to take them right from the stovetop into the oven has made a big difference in the food - the first time we made chicken in the pan it came out so juicy, we were amazed! They are also a dream to clean - we've left cooked food remnants in them overnight and all they need the next day is a rinsing and a light swipe with the sponge. I'm so impressed, I would highly recommend them!! I also can't agree with the person who posted about the color - all of ours are a gorgeous bronze.

Not satisfied with the color homogeneity of the set, most of them are gray and yes two are bronze color. gray I already have, main reason I bought this set is the bronze color. Very disappointed!

Great to cook in and to clean

I love this cookware - it heats quickly and evenly, nothing sticks, so it's very easy to clean; even after I burned some spinach in one of the pans, a quick sponging and it was good as new. The pots are heavy enough to work well, but not so heavy they're hard to maneuver. All in all, couldn't be more satisfied.
