I love this thing! Its pretty good quality, just dont tighten the screws too much. Its a very nice decorative shoe rack that holds at LEAST 10 pairs of shoes! And its very sturdy as well! Love this product and have already recommended it to some friends that want to buy it!

Nice but poor craftsmanship

First one I got was damaged. The second one I got, I took everything to put together and the pre-drilled holes did not fit the hardware. I didn't want to chance a third round of carring an 80 lb box back and forth to the store. Otherwise it would have been a very nice bench.

We ordered this to use as a bench by our back door. There are many pieces (which is to be expected) but the instructions were fairly clear. You'll need 2 people (and one of them needs to good with tools) to put it together. However the glue that came with this was no good (dried out) and many of the pieces were knicked or scraped in spots. Also the wooden connector rods were too long and my husband had a problem with them going right through to the other side of the "wood" making holes and chipping the finish. It was too large of an item for me to bother trying to pack up and return at that point, so we're living with it. The cushions on top are quite hard and uncomfortable for sitting, but for just to putting on your shoes it's ok. And the storage underneath is good.

The directions are only pictures so sometimes you have to look a few times to figure out what is what. And one piece on the bottom did not have a long enough screw to get it attached properly (was just an additional leg in center of bottom for extra support). I had to use some wood glue and once i sat it up the weight kept it on. Besides that one thing the rest went together pretty easily and i love the way it looks!

This is the perfect bench to use in my foyer to hold my sons' backpacks and other school items. The foyer is now tidy instead of items just dumped on the floor. I was surprised how nice the quality is and our guests always compliment it. It's a steal for $$.

I ordered this after reading all the positive ratings but not being convinced something this inexpensive could be as great as was rated. It is!! Although I must admit I had to ask my daughter to put it together as I do not have those kind of skills, she was able to complete the task in less than an hour with no complaints regarding directions or things missing or not matching holes, etc. It is nice looking and very useful. By far the best storage option for the price that I have seen.

Really nice entry bench. Solid and easy for the kids to use. It was easy to put together. If you can put together an Ikea product- this is a piece of cake. I would suggest just getting the shelf instead of the cross insert so you can put any shoes in. Also the top cushions can get a little dirty.

I bought this bench for my daughter's home. She is using it to store shoes in her front entry. Before she got this bench, the shoes cluttered the entry and was frustrating for her. I also have this bench in white in my home and it fit perfect in a kitchen space I was unsure with what to do. It is very sturdy and solid.
