Worth the Price

I am a 27 year old female and I had started experiencing pain and soreness in my neck and shoulder blades about two months ago out of nowhere. I was going to just go to the doctor but I decided to try a new pillow first since I had always been a cheapskate about pillows before. I was very reluctant to spend this much on a pillow, and was originally planning on trying the water pillow but they did not have it in store when I went so I bought this instead using the 20% off coupon. It has been AMAZING. I have been using it for a week and the pain/soreness is almost gone. It started to relieve it almost immediately. My fiance even commented that he noticed that I tossed and turned much less in my sleep. I usually sleep on a combination of my back and sides. I would definitely recommend this for people who need support!

Neck problems after use

After 5 days of use my neck has been feeling worse and worse. At first the pillow seemed comfortable and a novel idea - soft outside and memory foam inside. However, after putting a pillowcase on it and using it for one good night the pillow becomes this rock. I don't understand why this change happened, but my head now sits at a 45 degree angle (side or back sleeping) and I believe I have a pinched nerve. Going back to my old $10 pillow.
The only positive note is that it is nice to use as a support pillow if you want to prop yourself up on the couch or bed to watch some tv.

I just purchased this pillow last night. One for my husband and one for myself. They are kind of pricey but SOOO worth it! He said he did not want one at first as soon as I got them home and opened he slept the best he has slept in nights! I love this pillow and definately recommend them for people with sore/stiff necks and back because this is the first day in a while I havent woke up sore

I never write reviews, but I use them to help me make purchases! I had to get on to write about this pillow. I absolutely love this pillow, the other reviews are correct in that it is "hard as a rock" but only for the first little while. I bought this pillow around the first of January after being sick and tired of waking up with a sore neck. Since getting it not one time have I woken up with my neck hurting, it is the best pillow I have ever owned and I will never go back to regular pillows again. I noticed it getting softer after about 2 weeks of sleeping on it every night.

This pillow gave me a pinched nerve. I am both a side and back sleeper. After a few weeks I started feeling a pain in my shoulder. Soon it radiated down my arm. After a few months I was unable to sleep on my right side or lift my arm. Turns out it was a pinch nerve. The remedy a new pillow. The pain subsided in days.

This was the worse pillow i have ever purchased, i have had it for one night and did not sleep at all. I was tossing and turning and woke up with back and neck pains. I had to use my old pillow because i thought i was sleeping on a big rock. In the store it was a lot softer and i loved the way it felt, i opened the box and it was super hard and firm. I felt the pillow in store was very misleading and now i am stuck with two horrible pillows i hate. I would not recommend this item to anyone, it is a complete waste of money.

I consider myself a pillow snob and had been sleeping on two pillows for years but was suffering from neck and shoulder pain. I bought a new TempurPedic mattress and this pillow and love them both. I also bought the shoulder pillow and switch between them. It is soft but offers good support. I haven't washed it yet but I really wouldn't expect it to be the same after doing so. I'll definitely buy another in the future. Compared to the $125 TermpurPedic pillow (that is hard as a rock and heavy as a brick) that was a bonus with my new mattress, this is like sleeping on a cloud.

I've never been so disappointed in a product to write a review until I washed these pillows. My husband and I received 2 of them as wedding gifts and they were amazing to sleep on for about a week. Very comfortable, HOWEVER, I had to wash them because our kitten had an accident involving some broken glass and got a teeny bit of blood on one. Paranoid about them being ruined I followed the washing instructions word for word. They not only came out of the washer lumpy ,but even worse losing their fluffy goodness everywhere. I deem a product no good if you cannot possibly care for it properly and keep it clean without it being DESTROYED!!! Word to the wise - Do Not Waste Your Money, Time, or Energy on this awfully made pillow!

Finally a pillow that supports and stays fluffy!

I am mostly a side sleeper but sometimes I revert to my stomach. This pillow has given me such a great nights sleep. It is thick, and I think the pictures and video do a good job representing the thickness. If you like a fluffy pillow to say fluffy or you sleep on 2 pillows this will give you exactly what you need. I also occasionally snored and this pillow has really helped the position of my neck so that I can breath easier and I wake up refreshed. This pillow has truely saved me. I used to toss and turn and have cricks in my neck all the time. I can tell such a difference in this pillow. I take it with me where ever I go!

i usually dont write in to review something but i had to on this pillow.. worst pillow ever.. its hard as a rock, to high and very uncomfortable.. i just bought it this week and will be retuning it this weekend. the box said it works for all sleeping positions and im a stomach sleeper and it doesnt work.. i tried to sleep on my back and side and it was still very uncomfortable. im very thankful that i can return it because its not worth the $60.00 i spent on it.

When I felt the sample pillow at the store I thought I hit jackpot. I woke up in the middle of the night with neck pain, shoulder pain and a headache. I went back to using my old pillow in the middle of the night in order to get some sleep. I have to shop for a new pillow.

This pillow is far too firm. My wife and I both woke up in the middle of the night with terrible neck pain, and we ended up swapping them for our old, flat pillows because we absolutely couldn't sleep on them. The pillow felt great in the store, but this thing is nothing but a fancy rock. I do not recommend, at all.

The pillow is nice; as advertized. But a standard pillowcase is not going to fit, neither will a king size pillowcase. Cases that are only 20 inches wide cause the pillow to bunch up and you don't get the full benefit of the design. If you want a case, look for one at least 25 inches in width.
