I have trouble getting down on my knees to get into the cabinet and bought these about 4 years ago. I love them they hold up over a long period of time. easy to install and now i dont have to get on my knees to get my pots out of the cabinet.

I read the negative reviews and was reluctant to purchase this product. When we went into a BB&B store and asked if they had returns on this product, we were told they knew of no problems. My husband is not a handyman but he had no trouble using the template provided with the drawer, and it works perfectly.

Love it, but...

I had the same issue as the previous review. The product was clearly defective. Returned two of them, and purchased two more that were checked in the store. My biggest issue is that there should have been some compensation for my time and inconvenience, I drove there twice, spent a frustrating hour trying to assemble it, waited in the store while they searched for ones that weren't defective. The staff was VERY nice, but no discount was offered for my inconvenience. Lots of wasted time...

Beware of a good product.

Made 2 separate purchases of this 17" organizer. Both times I got it home to find the same identical defect.. The glider clips (2 on each glider) wouldn't align to the basket properly, making it useless.
Both had to be returned. Opened replacements at the store and checked for proper fit. Perfect fit this time. If you want to be happy with this item then I suggest checking alignment AT THE STORE at the time of purchase.
It really is a useful organizer and my wife loves it.
Store was courteous at the return counter.
