I really like this mop even though it's the 2nd one I've had to purchase. If this one quit working I'd buy a 3rd one, but I'm hoping that won't happen. The brand Bona was recommended to me by our wood flooring installer & this applicator was recommended by my cleaning lady. I especially like the polish. Also the different pads for cleaner & polish are easily cleaned & changed. Lightweight & easy to store.

I love the mop and used it for approx. 1 year and the trigger broke. I was kind of upset because I believed the product should last for multiple years. I decided to e-mail Bona and tell them what happened. Much to my surprise they said they would replace it because it shouldn't have broken. In less than a week I received the replacement in the mail, free of charge. That is the best customer service I have seen in a long time! A great company that stands behind their products---amazing!

I was very excited about how well this cleaned until the handle broke after about 5 min into cleaning.

But, I took it to bed bath & beyond and they immediately gave me a new one. I hope this one will not break because I love the way it cleans!

Just not worth the $

I bought this hoping for an efficient/quick hardwood floor cleaner. The handle is very hard and wide (for arthritic hands) and within 3 weeks the entire handle mechanism
became dysfunctional. The pump action broke, the handle fell apart-
I really liked it (despite the painful handle) for about 2 weeks.
I am returning it today.

Handle doesn't work long

Bought one of these and it worked for awhile and then the handle broke causing it not to spray. Exchanged it (no problem) and got the new one home and this handle was already not working, so now I must return and try a third one. Does a very nice job on the hardwoods, though, but the handle is a bit of a frustration.

Great mop -- poorly constructed

This mop makes taking care of our floors a breeze -- with the vibration action I'm down on my knees with a scraper a lot less. Unfortunately, after less than a month of not a lot of use, the handle came apart from the base section. It's held in place with a couple of dimples in the metal tube that are supposed to make it stick to the plastic shaft. The plastic is too soft for the dimples to hold and the thing falls apart. I could fix it with a pipe clamp but I expect a lot more from this company (whose products are generally great). Buyer beware!

Broke after one hour

Very disappointed! After putting the mop together I began cleaning, after one room and half a hall way the spray trigger mechanism broke. Could no get it apart (even my husband who is 6'4 could not pry it apart) so was unable to even attempt to fix it. The results I did get were no better than a good mop and cleaner. Waste of money & time!

The mop is heavier than others I have purchased, but this actually adds to the ease of use. I like the pad that cleans the floor better than others. However, the vibrating feature added no value to the product. If I had it to do over, I'd buy the mop without the motion feature and save a few bucks.

I bought the Bona to replace my Swiffer. It's nice to have the spray trigger at your fingertips. As far as the cleaning process, I haven't noticed a big change in the shine of the floors. Although it definately cleans them. I have laminate. The Bona is sturdier than a Swiffer as well. The pad is easy to clean.
