I bought this roaster 2 years ago before Thanksgiving. I do not typically buy nonstick cookware, but couldn't afford the more expensive stainless steel options at the time.

I wish I wouldn't have wasted the $40 on this product. I cooked at 25 lb turkey in the roasting pan 2 years ago and then cooked 19 lb turkey in it this year. After using the product twice, the roasting tray has already put holes into the nonstick surface rendering it useless.

While this item bought me some time, I wish I would have invested in the stainless steel pan.

Ruined my Thanksgiving

I bought this roaster so I could stop buying the aluminum pans at the grocery store to use at Thanskgiving and Christmas for turkey. It TOTALLY burned on the bottom which meant no gravy! I have cooked turkey for 35 years and this it the first Thanksgiving ever that I had no gravy cuz it was burnt to a crisp on the bottom of the pan.

cant grab the handles

This is a great nonstick, easy to clean pan. If recommending to a friend, make sure you pass on the fact that the handles do not stay in the upright position, making it very difficult to grab them with a mitt on.

I was in search of a roaster that would handle the heavy amount of sticky, gooey, baked on - burned on cooking my family dishes out. I could not be more pleased, this pan rises to the occasion everytime. It cooks like a dream and cleans up with unbelievable ease. My entire kitchen should be filled with Oneida hard anodized cookware and bakeware. (Hint: Oneida - expand this line)

Excellent buy! I recently purchased this roasting pan and used it for the first time. It cooked my food perfectly, and both the v-rack and roaster were easy to clean. Very good quality, especially for the money when compared to other comparable roasters. The only con was its depth as it appears slightly more shallow than some roasters, but this did not present an issue for me.
