we bought this for use in our house in jamaica. it was used for 3 dozen oranges a day for 2 weeks straight. we juiced all 3 dozen oranges at the same time. we loved it and i froze the pulp to use as ice cubes. i am buying a 2nd one for our house in NY.

This is a great, inexpensive juicer. I like the fact that it reverses the spin direction in order to get every last drop out. It is easy to clean (just run it under hot water and toss it in the dish washer) and doesn't take up much room. Can't be beat for $30.

I asked my hubby for a new juicer. He bought me sheets. I returned them for this juicer. Really easy to use, my kids make their own orange juice all the time. Very happy with it I would recommend it.

I bought this juicer because I wanted an easier way to prepare citrus-only juice mixes in the morning (aside from taking the time to peel them and put them through my centrifugal juicer). I really wanted the Breville citrus press, but my local Bed Bath and Beyond didn't carry it, and I didn't want to wait for shipping so I settled on this. For being $30, it's okay. My first use with it was 4 oranges and 2 grapefruits. Here were the pros and cons:
Pros:
- As mentioned, it is inexpensive;
- It juices more quickly and easily than doing it by hand;
- It has a small counter top footprint;
- Cleanup is very easy, the moving parts come right off;
- I doubt this is powerful enough to hurt a child, so I plan on letting my 10 year old use this to juice his own oranges when I purchase the Breville;
- This seems like it would be good for a starter couple, or a dorm room.
Cons:
- It feels weak and rackety since it is plastic;
- The pulp control SUCKS. I don't mean that it doesn't keep pulp out, I mean that it can't even keep seeds out.
- It is very short, so I had to use one glass to juice into, then pour into a larger glass;
- The drip-proof spout clicks upward very violently, which splashes a bit of juice all along the counter;
- The cone upon which the halved citrus fruit sits is (as shown) very high above the basin. This results in juice droplets being flung across the countertop when juicing a new piece of fruit. I tried using the cover while juicing to prevent this from happening, but that didn't work out so well.
- As another user mentioned, the basin backs up and has to be cleaned often.
- It doesn't spin quickly enough to pull as much juice from the fruit as I think it should. When cleaned, the pulp in the basin is still very full of juice.

I actually like this juicer. My husband and myself love making fresh orange juice. The only bad thing is the pulp backs up and you have to keep cleaning it out. Other than that we love it and would recommend this product to anyone.

I wanted a juicer to make fresh lemon lime mix. It's a pretty good unit and a good value for the money. Does a bang up job on limes and oranges. Seems to have bit of trouble getting all the juice out of Eureka lemons, but that could be operator error. Very easy to clean. I'm a little concerned the the motor seems just up to the job, and everything is plastic. I've not had any problems, but I can see wear points that just won't hold up to lots of use. So, for light/intermittent use, highly recommended.

I first brought this juicer. I was surprise with how small it was & it didn't hogged all the kitchen spaces area at all . I like! and i hardly can't wait to use it. I purchased this juicer because hundreds of lemons and oranges go to waste every year in my backyard. It is great!! I thought maybe since it was less expensive, it would also be of poor quality but that was not the case at all. In fact, just after I purchased it, my doctor suggested I do a 3 day cleanse requiring lots of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Over the three days, I probably juiced about 80 lemons and this juicer held up wonderfully. The pulp control feature works well. For simple citrus juicing, it is excellent quality for the price. Totally recommend.
