Dead outlets

I loved the product when I first saw it and bought one at the local (well, sort of local) store. I got it home and three of the 6 outlets were dead. I took it back and exhanged it for another. Got that one home and it had two dead outlets. On the third trip to the store, I asked the helpful clerk to test it for me before I took it home and it didn't work at all. This product looks fun but has major quality issues.

When I plugged my chargers for cell phone, kindle etc. I got rid of 3 extension cords that I was using to fit the different size plugs. Which makes less cords and more safe.
