Nice idea but the bags are very small (much smaller than in the picture) and you can't order replacement bags or extra bags. Actually - no replacement parts are available at all from Neatfreak and they'er answer if you're not happy is to return the item to BB&B. CYA Neatfreak.

I just received this as a gift from my bridal shower. It did not long to put together and it was very easy. The only compliants I have is it doesn't seem to fit as much laundry as I would hoped but still holds a lot! So happy I got this. Seems very sturdy as well.

Small and Neat

It is very easy to put together with a little screw driver.
very light and doesnt take much space. the only problem i have with it is the bottom of the hampers are soft no hard surface like pictured. I might cut out cardboard and place it inside to keep the hampers shape open. but overall cute and fits in my laundry room and does the job.

This sorter was very easy to put together and sturdy. It rolls easily over carpet and swivels nicely. The bags are roomy and easily lifted out. The 'ironing board' top is a perfect surface to fold clothes on as they come out of the dryer. I use a walker and can easily push and maneuver this sorter ahead of me as I go. 5 BIG stars!

Great Laundry Sorter!

We bought this because we were sick of sorting laundry all over our floor from our single bin. It works wonderfully! We can have a bin for white, lights, and darks. I've even used the ironing board once because it's easier than getting mine out. I have not really used the wheels because it is parked in a corner but they seemed to work fine the bit I used them. Definitely recommend!! :)

Great Laundry Sorter

MUCH more sturdy than other laundry sorters - I'd tried to get by with less expensive ones and should have just started with this. Has a nice clean look so not an eyesore if it's an out in the open hamper (as mine is), and the shelf on top is a great storage/temporary cleaning place. However the top does need to be upright to get the bags out. Not as much fits in the bags as others, though still plenty. I don't really use them to pull out and take to the washer I still use a basket, but definitely helpful that the possibility is there. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

I bought this to help keep us get organized. We rolled it across the house and it completely fell apart. All of the bars came unattached. It wasn't even repairable. I would not buy this again. It was such a disappointment.

I love the fact that we can just roll the laundry to the basement. No more struggling with three huge bags. I have to get used to ironing on the board, but that's about it.

I have a small laundry/utility room. The bin is the perfect size to fit. It keeps the dirty clothes out of sight. I can move it around the washer and dryer with the wheels and fold clothes on top. It is as long as the washer is deep - so it doesn't stick out any either.

Sturdy but Smelly

I am confident this sorter will be everything I hoped it would be... as long as the chemical smell dissipates! This sorter is structurally sound and will stand the test of time. I am just surprised how badly it smells, especially since it is supposed to have a natural odor reducing function. Be prepared to let it air out, preferably outside. I made the mistake of popping it in my closet right away and leaving for the day… By night time, the small confines of the walk-in closet smelled awful. The smell doesn’t seem to have saturated my clothes that weren’t inside the hamper, but the dirty clothes I put in it definitely have the funky smell on them now.
