I read the reviews of this item and was excited to receive the item, until I took it out of the box. The silver around the mirror is cheap coating that looks like it was already peeling. It looked cheap and I was very disappointed. Replaced with another mirror at the store. The only postive side was the lights on the mirror are bright, as if you were outside in natural lighting.

I bought each of my daughters one of these mirrors to get them out of my bathroom. Now I want one for myself. The mirror has a lot of surface area; much better than the round ones. The lights are bright and the magnification is great.

This lighted makeup mirror is a little larger than i wanted. The mirror itself has some defect and does not stay one place i had to tape it down so it would stop moving. Its bright enough and I guess what i wanted was a mirror that was lit so that part of it is good.

I highly recommend this makeup mirror. I have been looking for years for a lighted mirror that has natural lighting. I have wasted so much money on all the other brands that have bad lighting. After putting on makeup with some of the those mirrors and then looking in a mirror in the car or somewhere with good natural lighting, I was horrified that I either put on too much or not enough makeup. This Ottlite Natural Daylight Mirror is the closest to natural sunlight and good lighting that I have come close to in many years. It is worth the money!
