I traveled to Ukraine and this piece of luggage worked wonders. The wheels allow you to maneuver it skillfully, whether it is pushing it in font, beside or behind you. It is slightly smaller then what most airlines require for carry-on, (which is a good thing, in my opinion) and it made my trip much easier and less of a hassle, as I also toted around a much larger check bag at the same time. Several people with me commented and complimented its design and easy movement. I bought the bright green one, which allowed me to easily spot my luggage from everyone who was with me.

My husband and I received a pair of the carry-on sized pieces for our bridal shower and have been extremely satisfied. Yes, they are a bit on the inexpensive side but we have no problems with them at all. They had a durable feel and seem to be made of good materials. On a weekend trip I would normally have used a duffel bag but now these are the first things I reach for because of their convenience with the spinning wheels.

Bad Construction and No Customer Service

I bought this item less than a year ago, and one of the wheels has already worn down and split so that it no longer rolls. A second wheel is very close to breaking as well. I'm not a very frequent traveler, so I expect my luggage to at least last a few years. The item comes with a "5-year Warranty" but the company's customer service is non-existent. I visited TCL's "website," but there is no phone number or customer service email contact. I found an email for company info requests, but of course I never received any response to my inquiry. Granted, this item is extremely inexpensive, so I guess you get what you pay for. But a company shouldn't advertise a warranty if there is no way of claiming it.
