Best fry pan ever

My old non-stick calphanon pans started to shed their non-stick surfacing, so I was looking for new pans. I saw them on tv and decided to try them. I got the 8" and 12" pans. Returned the 12" because it was too heavy for me and got the 10". They are great, use less oil, clean up super easy.

The pan worked real well for the first few months but after that food sticks. Eggs stick, bacon sticks and it is no longer my favorite pan.

Excellent omelette pan

This pan is spectacular. A little bit of oil or a non-stick spray and my omelettes are perfect. The pan wipes clean very easily & is lovely. Even stir-frying comes out well. Silicone is a remarkable coating for cookware. Pair it with a silicone spatula.
