If you like brownies with 4 crisp sides, you'll love this brownie pan. I suggest using the 13x9 mix for thicker brownies. I have only used the regular size so far and the brownies were a little thin and the edges a bit too crisp. I think using the larger mix size will make the perfect brownie!

I used this pan to make cornbread for Thanksgiving dinner and it turned out better than any other in recent years. I did use lots of oil as recommended here, and with a little knife around the edges technique, the cornbread came out of the pan just fine.

I tried a different pan last year and this one works better if you want crispier edges all the way around.

This pan is great. It's the only brownie pan I found that creates brownies with 4 edges. I'm not sure why other people had trouble popping the brownies out. I used oil spray and they came out of the pan easily. And it's really nice that they're pretty much pre-sliced. Fairly easy to clean even though there are all those edges to go around.

I like this pan for the fact that it makes nice, neat squares with crispy edges. The only problem is with thicker batters. It is hard to fill the pan evenly without getting batter in the holes of the pan. If you are patient when filling the pan, you will absolutely love the end result!

This has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen items. I've always had a thing for brownies and, of course, always went after the corners first. There have been a few other brownie bakers that claimed to do what this does, but this one REALLY delivers. It genuinely is as though each brownie is a corner piece. My only criticism is the following:

1. I don't know how much cooking spray you're supposed to use but I can think of NO way that brownies would ever just pop out of any pan without a little help. It would be better to just be honest and include a little plastic spatula to gently go around the edges. Then they do pop out.

2.Perhaps I'm dim, but there is only one standard size of brownie mix regardless of the brand. They all fill an 8"x8"ish pan. This tray requires two boxes of brownie mix. Perhaps noting that it requires a double batch on the package would be something to consider. It's fine, it just would have been cool to not have to run to the store twice.

Overall though, it is a great, well-made item that works as promised.

This pan does just what it says... makes awesome brownies with all crispy edges! You have to bit a bit careful pouring the batter in so you don't get it everywhere. The one downfall is that the brownies are a bit tough to get out whole, even with the nonstick and using PAM.

I bought 3 of these brownie pans....one for me, one for my sister and one for my daughter-in-law. I tried mine out first to make sure that it did what it said it would do.

I used plenty of cooking spray and carefully loosened all the edges with a plastic knife. I tried and tried to get the brownies to pop out when I turned the pan upside down. I've baked brownies 3 times in this pan and never got it to work like that, which is the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

However, after loosening the brownies, it's a piece of cake (excuse the pun!) to simply slide a plastic spatula underneath each one and they come out easily.

And how do they taste?

I'm 50 years old and have made many brownies in my time and although the edges would bake well, the middle was ALWAYS somewhat gooey, which made them difficult to cut even after letting them cool down. And after I'd get them cut, getting them out of the pan was difficult as the inside edges would always be crumbly.

With this pan, the brownies are baked consistently through and because there are four edges on each brownie, they never crumble coming out of the pan.

In my opinion, they are the best brownies I've ever made! Which is why I'm now addicted to them. Somebody help me! : )

My husband loves the edge and end pieces of every baked item, so I thought I would give this pan a try. I have only used it once, but if future baked goods come out as well as my Mexican cornbread did, my husband will continue to be overjoyed. Each piece came out of the pan easily and all indeed had crispy corners. Clean up was very easy, too.
