I thought that if you paid more you would get what you paid for. This is horrible the foam in the mattress topper eventually rolls into a ball and you cannot straighten it out. I tried returning to the manufacturer and they sent a used one. It is not worth the money,

Just awful!!

This is by far the worst mattress topper I've ever had. I usually buy cheap ones at TJ Maxx, and they have ALL been better than this.

It was complicated to put together. The foam was too big to fit in the zipper. The down top is lumpy and uncomfortable. I was so excited to get this off our registry and it was a HUGE let down. Taking it back tomorrow, if not tonight. I want this out!!

The top 2 inches of indulgence fiber clumped up & became lumpy in less than 2 months on one side of the bed. We could not smooth it back out, so we returned it back to the store.

Purchased this product last Friday. Put it on the bed and slept on it 1 night, and that was enough. The memory foam is extremely hot to sleep on, felt like I was sleeping on the top of a stove. Very uncomfortable. My poor husband woke up the next morning and could barely get out of bed, his back ached so bad. His back was fine without the mattress topper, and with the mattress topper the pain caused his to have to take tylenol to function.

Not to mention this product is WAY overprisec for what you get. All it is is a big piece of foam and some padding. Not impressed at all.

On the plus side, BB&B took the product back, so at least that worked out OK.

Indulge! Worth every penny...

Used for 5 months & the foam does not flatten. I'm 110 lbs, husband 220 lbs. Once a month, cotton topper should be gently tossed (like you're making waves), do not not flap hard or machine wash it (it will ball up or shift within the sewn boxes as with anything cotton). This is how I made the bed (for best breath-ability): naked mattress, then the foam layer (do NOT put in the cotton zippered case), then the cotton layer (now you can fluff/dry clean without taking the whole foam out, an ordeal), then breathable waterproof mattress protector cover (do not encase the entire bed in plastic unless you're killing bed bugs in it), then last your bed sheet. Remember do not flap hard or machine wash this product if you want it to stay plush. Enjoy!!!
