This vac has an inferior battery which will quit working after a few charges. It is also inconvenient to charge vac because you have to monitor the time so you don't burn up the battery. Do not buy the "charging" stand offered by the company. It doesn't charge, it's only a stand. Deceitful of the company to call it "charging."

Wow. After taking back the more expensive Black & Decker 15.6V Cordless unit because it wouldn't pick up my cats' hair, I was extremely impressed that this little guy had so much power! The motorized brush attachment is a dream and has amazing suction! I was able to clean my stairs in less than 10 minutes and they've never been more clean. I can't wait to do the upholstery throughout my house. Also, the mini attachment is perfect for small nooks and crannies and multiplies the suction power. Overall I'm extremely satisfied. I would, however, love the battery to last longer, but the battery life itself is not bad enough to lose a star over!

This is a cordless product, yet it does not come with a charger. No where on box does it say that the charger is an extra purchase. That is rediculous. It is going back tomorrow.

Works very well, especially given the price! Has a LOT of power for it size. Doesn't keep a charge for entirely TOO long but that's okay b/c it works well and gets the (small) job done quickly. It is definitely a "Shark" product and did not disappoint!

This is the first cordless hand vac that I have gotten that was made by Shark and I did like i when it worked, but. It did not last long at all. I got it for a Christmas present and the motor doesn't work well any more and it doesn't pick up anything any more, after only. about 8 months. Also, the store I bought it at did not have any filters for it. When I did find some on the internet, they were very expensive. Shark did replace it with one that was not the same and not a small pick me up hand vac, but it really wasn't what I had wanted.. I have always had a hand vac and they all have lasted longer than this one. This one didn't last well at all. For these reasons, I would not recommend them. They work fine, but not for long.

I wore out my first DustBuster & went to replace it. This is the one I got...& it is a 5 star vac to me. It's got more power than my cordless stick vac. I use it for crumbs in drawers & frig., & also in corners a vac cannot reach. I can vacuum my entire home with this mighty little vac. I'm now looking for replacement filters for it- can't find them at BBB, so will continue to hunt- a great find!

My wife bought this product (with the rotary attachment) to clean places where it was difficult to use an upright, full size vacuum, like our carpeted stairs and upholstery. It's great for cleaning up crumbe too. It does a fabulous job for what we use it for. It holds a lot of dirt and stays charged for entire job (never timed how long that was.

This is the 2nd Shark Cordless vac that I've bought. I wore the other one out after years of use. The vac is powerful and great for small jobs; It works wonders for me cleaning up after two cats and loads of houseplants.

This little vacuum works great, but only for about 5 min at a time. Then it slowly looses suction and dies. If you do not plug it in after every use it is useless. I understand that it is for smaller jobs but it would be nice if I didn't have to have it on the charger constantly
