Poor Packaging

I bought two of these pieces like the other reviewer to put them side by side. Unfortunately I have to send one back. They were packaged poorly and the material is chipping off two of the squares. The quality and size (seems small) is just not what I expected. Otherwise the item does have pretty colors and goes well with my livingroom. Hopefully the replacement comes with no damages

We purchased 2 of these to put side by side on a large empty wall. The colors look great in the room and add a little warmth.
I couldn't find this in the store so I purchased 2 of these and another item online. The packaging on all three items was terrible!! They were so poorly packaged that one of these rectangle metal art pieces had a whole side that was bent in. We bent it back into shape easily enough but the frame on the back to hang it, that was also bent and the red sort of flaked off where the bend was. That was disappointing. I wouldn't have purchased one from the store that looked like that.

The description of this item said it was 12 RED rectangles, but that is not the case. I had even zoomed in on al the squares and they were red online. They are NOT all red. There are 6 comnpletely red ones, and 6 that are predominately orange with chocolate brown and a few of those have a very small spot of red in them. I needed them to be red, because the orange will not match the decor. Now I have to return this, and I am out the shipping costs? That seems unfair since BB&B advertised it differently than what it is.
