I bought this item before Xmas. It's Great. I love to make mini muffins and cupcakes -- not to mention popovers.

Finally I can get the batter into the pans without messing up the edges and having baked on batter.

Hand washes in a breeze - no issues for me

We make pancakes and waffles all the time at our house. This dispenser is a GREAT find! It works really well, and is a great way to make these with evenly dispensed batter and NO MESS! We had some people over recently and they said they were going to go get their own.
A few of the reviews said this item is leaky or whatnot, sounds like they just got a bad one- I went to the store and tried a few of them out just to see how the springs, dispenser, etc worked. They all seemed to be pretty good, but I still chose the one I thought was best. Highly recommended!!!!

I bought two of these. One as a gift, and one for myself. I thought this would come in handy as I have four kids who love pancakes and cupcakes! Boy, was I dissapointed! I took the stickers off, as they were placed on top of the measuring lines. It says to handwash for better results. I used dish soap and a sponge and the soap took the printed meaurements right off! What's the point of putting them on there if they just wash off?!?!

I purchased this product because I make a lot of cupcakes and pancake batter. I asbolutely love it. It washes beautifully and stores conveniently. I even left batter in it overnight and after using it, I washed it without a problem. I definitely am giving this product out as Christmas gifts this year.

Very disappointed!! I bought this for my dauther who loves to make pancakes each weekend. I have a similar one from AVON that works great! Unfortunately this one sticks and you have to force the handle to properly open and close the dispenser.

I purchased this for my daughter who loves to make pancakes every weekend and to my disappointment-the handle and thus the bottom sticks-very hard to open and close completely. I have one that I purchased from Avon and it is EXCELLENT-I feel bad that I wasted my money on this one.

I have used it SEVERAL times for pancakes and cupcakes and have had no problems with it unless using a thicker batter. The batter clogging up the spout after repeated use could be a problem I guess, but I always rinse it after using it before sticking it in the dishwasher, so it hasn't happened yet.

Upon first use of this product, I thought it was great. Then I encountered the problem of the lever on the bottom continually disengaging from the pull-back handle. I battled with that off and on through the next few uses.

I was in the middle of making 200+ mini cupcakes when the silver spring piece popped out. Attempting to put it back in, the top part broke off, so now I have a useless batter dispenser. I'm hoping BB&B will replace this item because it really is great to have (especially when you are making the quantity of cupcakes I was making!)

I received this from my registry. My husband is the pancake maker in the house, so he always uses this. He really enjoys the no-mess and ease of use. Tonight, when we went to make pancakes, he realized that, after the last use, the old batter didn't quite come clean from around the dispensing area.

I don't think that the dispenser area at the bottom opens or comes apart, so I had to really, really scrub to get all the old batter out. It was really disgusting! We usually toss it in the dishwasher and, since he always uses it, I had no idea the batter was gunked up in there. The product itself is very useful -- just make sure to really, REALLY scrub the dispenser area.

made with hard plastic. My handle broke after 2 uses.If you ever dropped it, I'm sure it would shatter. Just pulled the handle back on mine and it broke. Might be alright if made out of something more durable.

makes pancakes and filling cupcake tins so easy.........no drips and lots of control on amount dispensed. It would be nice if it held the entire batter recipe to elliminate refilling, but not a deal breaker. I am planning to order more for gift giving.....
