My husband and I received this set as a wedding gift. We are just coming up to our 2 year anniversary and the pots are chipping. We always hand wash our pots/pans and only use plastic/wood utensils in them.. Not a good purchase if you want something that lasts.

I love this set of pans! I was skeptical at the beginning since I read these reviews and there was talk about easy scratching, the pots not being non stick an now realize most of those reviews are user error.
If you treat them well then they won't chip. I don't think there's anything out there completely NON stick but I do use way less oil in these pans and the clean up is so fast and easy.
I also read a comment about the lids getting "too hot". Well if you're like any other normal person and own "pot holders" you're fine.

We have had this set a little over a year now. We love them. No complaints at all! I don't understand why this set is so low in price compared to other sets.... I can't imagine that they would be any higher quality than this one. The only slight negative I can think of is that the handles on the lids are a little hotter to the touch than I would like.. but that is following my last cheapo set with plastic handles.

You will not regret purchasing these!

I received these as a bridal shower gift and am very pleased. I have not had them very long, but I can say that I like the feel and look of them. I have hand washed them (we don't have a dishwasher) and have used pam or oil in the pan, as I have trouble trusting non-stick pans. However, overall they have worked out great. I have not had any trouble with rusting or peeling, have been using them for about three months.

I am not a regular review-writer. However, after reading many reviews and price-shopping, I feel compelled to put my 2 cents worth in. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this set. They are not too heavy (for cleaning & lifting), and not too light (to tip over or feel cheap). I love the non-stick, love the way they heat evenly, quickly, and I do not need to turn the heat up as much as my old set. I love the sleek, curved look of the design. I use non-metal cooking tools so I do not foresee any problems with scratching, etc. Plus, I used the BB&B 20% discount coupon that makes them even more of a great buy. Thank you!

This was the worse purchase I ever made. Not even 90 days after purchasing this product the lids began to rust and that was not a good sign. I threw it out and bought a cheap-o brand that does not have rust in the lids

I purchased this set of cookware in November, 2011 and within two months the 10 inch pan started to chip. I contact the company and if I shipped the pan to them along with a $7.00 check for them to return the pan to me, they would evaluate the product and MAYBE repair or replace the pan. I would have thought after a short period of use, the company would pay shipping to and from as well replace the pan. Last time I'll buy this brand.

We received this as a bridal shower gift just a few months ago and I absolutely positively love this set. IT IS WORTH THE MONEY. I did a lot of research before using our gift cards to purchase this set and the description does not do it justice. I am a newlywed, a military spouse and a working lady...when you don't have a lot of time in the kitchen, this set is PERFECT and I know this will last us for MANY years to come :)

The description does say that it is non-stick, I have noticed that while we're cooking, food sticks if you do not use a cooking spray or some EVOO. This isn't a problem for me as I do cook with EVOO and some cooking spray. I HIGHLY suggest you follow the instructions, I thought that not putting them in the dishwasher was going to be a huge inconvenience but, it is a MIRACLE as to how fast these pans come clean (my husband was astonished at how easy they clean up). NOTHING sticks to the pan (we've accidentally left a few in the sink with food caked on and a little bit of hot water slid it right off. I am a rough cook and these pans have withheld themselves superbly and I highly recommend to ANYONE of any age.

F.Y.I.: I'm not sure if it's because of our stove (it's a newly built apt bldg)...these pots and pans heat up QUICKLY and I've noticed we need to use lower heat settings when cooking. Boiling water is fine at the highest setting. But, frying/cooking other foods, definitely need to monitor how hot you want your pans. Just an FYI! ENJOY :)

Just purchased the Cuisinart® Contour Hard Anodized 13-Piece Cookware Set yesterday. Brochure says I can cook stick-free without any butter, oil, Pam, etc.

Opened up the box, washed/dried them as instructed. This morning I attempted to fry 2 eggs. In the pan all of 2-3 minutes. When I went to turn them, they were stuck to the pan like glue. Couldn't flip them. Ended up with a scrambled mess. What the heck is going on here? Unless there's something obvious I'm doing wrong they go back to the store tomorrow.

WHAT A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. I would have rated NO STAR if given the option.
