Major Disappointment

I have a small living room, and this tree still looks terrible! It's hard to fill in the gaps with ornaments because the branches aren't sturdy enough to hold most ornaments, unless you use plastic ones. Considering I was ordering from BB&B, I thought I would get a decent small tree, not a twig!!!! Luckily I can make a joke of it, or I would be very embarassed!

I can see how some people would be unhappy with the tree because it is a little skimpy at the bottom but I have been collecting ornaments all of my life and had enough to cover the gaps. Also, if you live in a smaller house/apartment and are just starting out (like so many have said) it's not that bad of a purchase. Does it look like the picture? No, it doesn't. But is it an awful tree? No, it's not. Some strategically placed ornaments and it looks just fine. But if you're looking for something full and plush, this tree is not for you.

Too skimpy!

I was very disappointed in this tree, it's just too skimpy! I thought because it is 6.5 feet and from BB&B that it was going to be good. When the kids came home and were disappointed I knew it had to go back. I do agree that for a family just starting out or a small apartment it may work but this is our first Christmas in a new home and this tree just won't do! I'll spend too much on ornaments to fill in the gaps.

Returning to Store tomorrow!!!

You get what you pay for!!! I will be returning this back to the store tomorrow. After assembling the tree, half of the strand of lights on the top didn't work. We tried to fix the lights with the spares. But in all reality this isn't something I should have to do. I just bought this tree and I shouldn't have to try and fix the lights. Also the tree isn't very full. Spend a lil more money and get a nicer tree!!

It's a nice tree for a family first starting out. It's big and for a good price. I guess it depends on what you get in the box because ours was perfect compared to the other reviewer.

This was a good price but looks nothing like the picture. Very few branches on the lower part. Lights are not spaced evenly - 2 lights on branches right next to each other. Will be getting lots of ornaments and ribbon to cover the gaps.
