I never even got to use this product. I purchased the first one and had to return it because the tension pole had no tension so I couldn't install it. The second one I received I could not twist the tension pole out. This is completely ridiculous. I thought for $80 I could count on getting something decent but I guess I get to drive another 45 minutes for the third time and I will be getting something else!

one shelf broke off immediately. two tiny spot welds close together would probably not hold long against the enormous leverage of the shelf concentrated in one spot even if the quality control was up to snuff. hard to adjust, with a set screw.

The baskets are so flimsy on this item I can't believe they are charging 80 dollars for it. The weld on the basket where the basket attachs to the pole broke in less than one day. I have bought caddys for 30 dollars which were 10 times more sturdy. I would rate this zero stars if possible.

Don't buy this thing. Sure, it holds alot and stands up fine, but it got completely RUSTED within the first month! Total garbage!! Why would anyone make a product that goes in a shower that isn't rust proof??? Waste of money!!

While this caddy certainly fits the bill for looks, capacity, and fucntionality it rusts in a very short time. I paid more for the stainless steel but the product vendor is not portraying this fairly.

Had two of these. The first one i bought rusted in 14 days granted that wasn't the stainless steel one but for 30 bucks shame on you. So i opted for the stainless steel model at 3 times the cost well what do you know this one RUSTED IN 50 DAYS! The description is inaccurate and should be removed only the pole is Stainless Steel the rest is plated JUNK i took it to a metal smith to have him fix it he couldn't so he made me one for 100 bucks (in America) out of real stainless lets just say its been 4 months and it looks brand new! Shame on you bed bath and beyond for inflating prices on chinese junk.

Bought this item in spite of negative reviews. I actually expect that it will rust over time. Face it, the only thing that's rustproof is stuff that isn't metal. Instructions a bit vague - good thing I'm mechanically inclined. Nice deep baskets. Will see how long it takes before the corrosion starts. At this point, I would recommend this product, but that could change after a few months.....

Caddy covered in rust throughout within a year. I tried to remove with CLR, which only rubbed off more finish and the rust spread even further. It looks awful, and now need to replace. Too bad, because the it was very useful otherwise.

There is too much slack where the top pole and middle pole come together, so it wobbles when touched. There is no way to make it tighter. The baskets do not affix securely and wobble. There is a rubber "gasket" that goes in the hole in the basket where the pole slips through. A hex screw presses on this piece of rubber to hold the basket in place on the pole. It would not tighten enough to hold securely. The screw does not go through the pole, just presses on the rubber gasket. This is a very insecure attachment and I am quite certain with any use and weight on the baskets they will fall down. I put it right back in the box and back to the store it will go. There are a couple of good reviews, so perhaps there is some variation in manufacturing that makes some work and not others. But at this point my review makes it 50/50.

I had a purchased the 39.99 caddy at first.That was a big mistake because it kept buckling in the center . Too dangerous to keep. I thought that maybe I should have purchased the expensive one(120.00+) to avoid the buckling,but that was not in my budget. I decided to give this one a try and I am very happy I did. It's sturdy and looks very nice. I've had it for about 4 months and so far no rust.I definitely recommend it.

From the time I installed this caddy, it was obvious it was not very steady, despite putting as firmly in the corner as possible. Only had in the shower for under a week, with only 1 1/2 baskets lightly filled, barely tapped the thing, and it sprung out of place (yes, with the spring, it jumps halfway across the room taking down the tension shower rod and curtain in its' way!), almost knocking me in the head! Reassembled, put back in place, same again. Wish I had time to see if it would rust! Fingers crossed BB&B will take back after use. If you decide to waste your money on this, make sure to wear a helmet every time you shower!!!
