Loved it until it fell off the wall

I have used similar dispensers in past houses and loved the simple human design and functionality and decided to purchase for my new home and walk in shower that is all plastic surround. It was very easy to mount with provided silicone as I would never want to drill through plastic shower surround, and worked great for the first 4 days. Then very early this morning it sounded like a bomb went off in my bathroom only to discover that the plate had fallen off the wall and all the containers had fallen to the floor, broken, and spilled their full contents all over the shower floor :( very disappointed as much cheaper products I've used in the past never had issues with staying up before. I followed the directions to a T , will be returning to BBB this weekend.

bought this for the shower in our RV. those of you who have these homes on wheels know how tiny the showers are. this took up little wall space, we tried two areas first to be sure it was out of the way of elbows, and found it to be just perfect. no bottles on shower floor. as to looks, it's made beautifully. in fact we loved it so much i'm ordering it for our home bath even though its a large shower with an area for bottles recessed in the wall. the only thing i would mention is that if you leave for any length of time i would empty and clean the containers first. otherwise, on return, you could have a gooey mess.

I wanted to mount this dispenser without drilling through the tile, but was skeptical based on the other reviews. I'm so glad I took the chance. Instructions were easy and detailed. It's been hanging for three months and is firmly attached. Works like a charm, is easy to fill, and looks great. Have gotten lots of compliments. No more bottles in the shower! Love it!

we just had a new handicap accessible shower installed and were deciding on shelving or dispensers. We decided on this and we are very happy we did. ours was mounted to the tile, so I don't have anything to say about the 2 sided tape. This product looks amazing and works great - awesome upgrade from the shower caddies that hang on the shower head and no more dropped bottles and it dispenses just the right amount of shampoo and soap - this will save $$ in the long. We are very happy that we purchased this - the look is great and functionality is there as well.

Easy to install, high quality Stainless Steel means no rust. 1 pump just enough to wash my hair. Better quality then the all plastic pumps around, I had to clean the nozzles frequently. With this system here allows each pump to come off separately if wanting to clean or change liquids.

Too much for the no drilling!

The display in store shows a drilled base to a clear wall like object. It seems that the glue story is not sticking... No drilling ad is a nice selling point but is not true. Most bathtub are surrounded with tiles, drilling in tiles is not simple, especially if u don't have same tiles anymore!!!

Great Space Saver/Organizer!

I love simple human products and this one was no different from the rest!! We just moved into our house and we have a stall shower instead of the tub shower that I am used to. We have two very small built in shelves (just one shelf in two of the corners) that my shampoo and conditioner barely fit onto. Because of these shelves I couldn't get the tall rod with corner shelves to fit into the corner. This simple human soap dispenser was the perfect fix for my problem! It looks really sleek too. I would also like to say that the directions provided are awesome; very detailed and clear. It is extremely simple to attach this to your shower wall and I was very glad to see there was NO DRILLING involved (although if you prefer to drill it in, there are instructions provided for doing so)!! I saw that there were a few reviews on the double dispenser that people have posted that theres has fallen off the wall but I have had no problems with this at all. There is glue and double sided tape provided to use (again very easy to use). I have had mine up for almost a week now as well and still no problems. Also, the price was a little high for my liking but when you use the 20% off coupon it really helps ( $14 off). I highly recommend this soap dispenser!! I love mine!

O yes! And for those worried about this dispenser not working or falling off the wall... there is a 5 year warranty!! (and as I mentioned before, there is the option of just drilling it into the wall).
