I'm a crafter who was in need of a steamer to create special effects on projects. The price is right, the size is right and I absolutely love it. At some point I'm sure I'll be trying it on clothing but for right now it suits my purpose.

Amazing Travel Steamer!

This little travel steamer is AMAZING. I used to own the Rowenta Ultra Steam Brush (http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/1/1/49055-rowenta-ultrasteam-brush.html), but it broke. This one is a million times more powerful (and $10 cheaper) than the Rowenta. I steamed 10 dresses in about 20 minutes, only stopping to refill twice. And it actually got out all the wrinkles (unlike the Rowenta). I highly recommend it!

This little steamer is perfect for travel. I took it with me to my honeymoon, several vacations, and have given it to my friends and siblings to borrow when they went of vacations. It boils the water real fast, yes it runs out of water fast, but thats because its tiny! Also, make sure you hold it upright at all times because it will spill if you lean it forward too much. Otherwise it works great! I've had it for a yr and it still gets the job done.

I bought this because I needed to quickly steam a shirt. It works great as long as you are not using it for bulk steaming.
PROS:
- Quickly heats (less than 1 min)
- Works great
- Compact
- Easy to use
CONS:
- Don't tip, water will pour out
- Only holds about 1 c.
- Can only do about 1 garment at a time without refiling

The best buy I've ever had!

I have an old biggo steamer I bought for almost $100. Takes forever to heat up, doesn't get the wrinkles off well and it leaks like crazy. I've been looking for a smaller one and purchased a few and had to return them. Then I saw this and gave this a try. Oh my!!! Takes only 30 secs to heat up, it barely leaks, takes all the wrinkles off in no time! I tried it on chiffon, button up shirts, cotton tees and even sweaters. Works like a champ! I'm throwing my big one away. One load steamed about 3 shirts. I have all these new clothes in my closet that never worn because it's too much hassle to take my big steamer out, wait forever just to steam one shirt, and I have to get out of the house right away. Now I can use this little thing and get it done in no time! Highly recommended!!!

This little steamer is amazing. I had 6 brand new 84X54 inch curtains that were dry clean only. This streamer got out ever gromet mark and wrinkle in no time. I've also used on shirts in our house and they come out amazing. It holds a good amount of water so you're not refilling every 20 seconds like some that I've tried and returned.

I purchased this steamer for my work shirts, which became wrinkly quite often. I decided to give it a try since I do not have room in my condo for such a large steamer. It worked GREAT! It does spew hot water out, but it only happened because it was past the top water line. I would definately reccommend this item to anyone in need of a quick and easy steamer! :)

I love this! Be sure to put the little rubber gasket in to avoid scalding water to spew out! I don't iron any more! Love, love this product! Buy it! You won't be sorry!

I purchased this product about one month ago. The first time I used it it spewed scalding hot water all over the garment that I was trying to steam. It also spewed hot water on my hands giving me burns, although I was carefully holding it out straight, away from my body. Stay away from this product!

Beware of scalding yourself

I have owned the My Little Steamer for a couple years, and have been happy with the overall performance. However, on a recent family vacation my (adult) daughter picked up the steaming hot steamer to use on her dress. And as many people have mentioned in other reviews the steamer spews out scalding hot water at times. And unfortunately her thigh is where the boiling water landed, resulting in a large, nasty burn. Very painful, and hoping it won't leave a permanent scar. User BEWARE!!!

It doesn't remove wrinkles or take away the crease. It only makes the garment wet even steamed from a distance. Very fast and strong boiling makes a good cup of tea in a zip though.

After 20 minutes of fighting the package I was able to try the product. It preformed well till you got to the hem of the garment you can't hold on to the hem and steam it's too hot. I used a pair of kitchen tongs to hold the garment straight and finished. The package was maddening.

I thought this mini steamer was too good to be true since it was only $19.99 but it REALLY does work just like a professional steamer! I am a graduate student on a budget and this product has made my life so much easier! I wish I had it in undergrad. I think this would make the perfect gift for someone going away to college or getting their first apartment! Overall, I am so happy with this product and I will be throwing out my ironing board and iron today!! :)

Just a hint that when you want to dry out the steamer, take the top off, empty out the remaining water, then turn on the steamer for a minute or so to let the rest of the remaining water "steam" out.

I've had this steamer for over two years and just love it! I've used it on clothing, shower curtains, tablecloths, and curtains. I rarely use an iron anymore. I only use tap water. It's great to take on vacation as it's light weight.

We purchased this steamer to take onboard our cruise ship since irons are not permitted. It was very efficient when it worked. But, it completely stopped working after only 4 days.

This mini steamer is easy to use and generates tons of steam, but didn't not steam out a single wrinkle on any garments I tried...it just steamed it and I can't see how that is a good thing for any fabric. It simply doesn't work.

I recently purchased this little steamer and was a little skeptical due to the very inexpensive price. I had a gift card though, and figured I would give it a try. I filled it up to the MAX line on the outside of the steamer, plugged it in, and within 1 minute the water was boiling and began to steam. I had a whole bunch of items that needed to be pressed, so I decided to steam them this time to try out my new product. In half the time they were wrinkle free and it was fun to do too! I work retail and use a professional steamer on a regular basis, and this one works just as well! I would recommend this product to anyone!
