I could not get the steamer to make steam. It would spew out water and wet the item I was trying to steam.
I read the instruction several times and tried several times but to no avail. I returned the item.

I used this one time to steam my bridesmaid's dresses. Not only was the steam not hot enough to remove wrinkles, but after only one use, the steamer cracked and was inoperable when I tried to use it again. This was not an impressive product.

I love the little steamer. I 1st got the go mini hand steamer to take on vacations with me. And it worked so good I purchased the bigger one for at home. It heats up fast and works great. The only thing is when you are done empty out all the water and let it air dry before you put the top back on. If you leave the top on and it's wet inside the water can’t escape and it will corrode the bottom. But it that does happen I found the an old tooth brush gets down in there perfectly to clean it all up

Surprisingly Pleased

I just purchased the My Little Steamer, and boy am I pleased. I didn't think it would work, but my husband said, "what do you have to lose" , so I bought it thinking I would probably return it. I had previously had a larger steamer which I liked very much. It got the job done even though it was hard to handle, dripped on the garmets, and took up a lot of space. This little thing really works great. Fast to heat up, easy and light to handle and it gets the job done. I only want it to seam shirts, pants and a sweater now and then. I also like that I can take it with me when we travel. I am so pleased. . .finally something inexpensive that works. Thanks

What a dissapointment...

I literally thought I had made one of the most valuable purchases of my life. No more taking out and putting away the awkward ironing board, no more worries about scortching my clothes with the iron, no more "ugh" moments when everything comes out of the dryer wrinkled. For about 6 months, this steamer (and the travel size which I purchased also) were the best thing that ever happened to my mornings. The wrinkles really did "fall" right out of the clothes as advertised so long as you held a little tension at the bottom of the item. It was awesome, it made me smile and kiss the ironing board and iron goodbye.
Then, it started malfunctioning. Sometimes after 30 seconds after steaming, sometimes 3 minutes. It seemed as though there was an internal thermometer that would shut the steamer down if it got too hot and you'd then have to sit there and wait for it to cool down and start it up again; but no rhyme or reason to the timing of the trigger. I thought maybe it was the outlet I had it in, nope. I thought maybe it was the circuit, nope. I thought maybe all of a sudden all the electric in my house didn't like it (?), nope! I brought it with me to another house and it did the same thing! I only got about a minute of steam out of it before it crapped out. I feel betrayed that I was suckered into buying this "too good to be true" steamer because it seems as though, as usual, it was too good to be true.
What a dissapointment, a sincere dissapointment. I'm glad I waited to write the review instead of immediately jumping on here and writing about how awesome it was because I would have done you all wrong.

We used it to steam wallpaper off the wall. Slow but worked great. This steamer and a putty knife took it right off.
