Introducing the AM03 Air Multiplier bladeless pedestal fan, a revolutionary machine that moves air faster than you thought possible. Using an airfoil-shaped ramp (just like a cross-section through an airplane wing), airflow is amplified between 15 and 18 times (depending on the model). This creates a smooth, powerful airflow, with no need for spinning blades. Up to 5.28 gallons of air per second is drawn in by an energy-efficient, brushless motor inside that harbors a combination of the technologies used in turbochargers and jet engines. After the shock of our lives when we got our electric bill, we raised the temperature in our apartment and bought a Dyson! It is amazing! Noise level is less than other fans as well as taking up less space. Another 5 star Dyson!

I have both the pedestal and table model and would get the tower shape if it came as a pedestal. I use the pedestal in my bathroom during showers to keep the humidity from collecting on the walls, as well as regular use. The air flow is satisfactory and the design is very clean and modern. I think of the hours I would spend taking apart and cleaning fan blades which was a messy job. Now it's a breeze (no pun intended!).BB&B sells them for less 20% w/coupon.

This is our second Dyson fan and they are great. They are expensive but worth the price. If you have children or pets then these fans are great. They are also easy to clean. Love them!

Great fan, air span is not as wide as a normal fan, very direct breeze. Also have to put it on high get reach accross the room. Love thats it's very ligth, and doesnt take up much floor space and looks so neat! Extends up rather high and also tilts, great feature.
