It uses Air Multiplier" technology to draw in air and amplify it 15 times, producing an uninterrupted stream of smooth air with no unpleasant buffeting. With no blades or grill, it is safe to use and easy to clean. It pivots on its own center of gravity, staying put without clamping, and has a dimmer switch control to precisely adjust airflow power. What can I say? I am a big fan of this fan.
It is attractive looking so you can keep it on the table.
The fan is pretty powerful AND it so much less noisy than traditional fans.
I am so glad I bought this!

I bought it for the sleek design. The fan is noisier than I expected. I turned the speed way down at the store and didn't hear much noise, however in the quiet of ones home it's noticeably louder. Trying to decide if I should take it back.

yes, there's fan noise but, for me, it's a nicer, more soothing, noise than the roar from most fans. The angle tilt feature is excellent. Pricey but NO BLADES to get coated with grime. It's a working piece of art.

We own a Dyson Vacuum and thought that this item would be of similar quality. It isn’t. It is made of not very sturdy plastic. When assembled and turned on, it is just as noisy as any other fan. There is a small rotary fan in the base that pushes the air through the top ring. So, it’s not magic, just a fan. It just is not worth the money. It’s a sort of cool novelty, but not $300 cool. Since it’s not stocked in most BBB stores, you lose your shipping money when you return it. Which we did about 30 minutes after opening it! Buy a regular fan and don’t waste your time or money.
