The pot can't be completely emptied without steam burning your hand. Also, Yes it does keep coffee warm, but not hot. Hot is necessary if you add cream.
I wind up having to microwave it to get it hot. No fun.

This is an amazing coffee pot, recomend it for all coffee lovers. It stays warm almost all day and you never have burnt coffee from sitting on a burner. Have used Bunn for a while now and this is the latest and greatest.

I have used Bun coffee makers for over 20 years but this one is the best. Love the style, insulated decanter and the ease of use. Coffee stays hot and fresh. Worth the extra money because each of my previous buns later over 8 years.

The Bunn ST produces the best coffee I have ever had. The fact that it does not have any built in digital whistles or bells is a big plus (less failures - less complexity). The quality of the unit far surpasses other flimsy coffee makers. It is a very sturdy and well built unit and well worth the extra cost. I would recommend this unit to anyone who appreciates excellent coffee as well as superior design and workmanship.

Very Disappointing

This is our first, and last, Bunn purchase. Our entire contracting company was looking forward to owning this coffeemaker since many pots are brewed each day here. But it has overflowed several times, been lukewarm, and generally made a mess. Box was thrown away inadvertently and now we're unable to recoup the $200 cost. Stay away~~
